From start the finish, this company has been totally unprofessional. They list vouchers on their website that do not work.
They have cancelled my order 3 times for all different reasons and claim they are verifying details. I have had to notify the bank that our card my now be used for fraud, as this company are holding onto credit card details but making no effort to actually sell me anything - this is not the behaviour of a normal store.
They refuse to give me any information, other than one liners.
