I called HSN to order a laptop. The representative talked me into getting the hsn credit card. Said I would get the laptop cheaper. I went online to pay the credit card bill before it was due. Then I got a bill that included late fee and interest. I called HSN. I was told that they could see on their screen that I had given them my banking account and routing number. However, an additional button didn't get pushed and it didn't go through. Therefore I owe interest and penalty. I told the hsn credit card rep that I had in good faith attempted to pay my entire balance in full before the due date and asked that they accept my payment and not charge interest and penalties. She said no. If I didn't close my account they would remove part of the charges. Fine, but I still wanted to pay off the entire balance which I did. Then I got another bill for more finance charges. I called again. They refused to remove the charge. I was told that even though I asked to pay the entire balance, they did not take the entire balance and I needed to pay yet again more interest on the interest. This laptop that I was told would cost less if I got the hsn credit card has cost me dearly. All hsn needed to do was to accept my payment in full and credit me for the penalties and interest. They could have made me a happily returning customer. Instead they choose to lose one over their own greed.

What he doesn't tell you is that the U.S. Mint issues these coins in 2 different grades: an inferior grade which the Mint sells to dealers like Mesack for resale to the public, and a superior grade which the Mint sells directly to the public. The superior version comes in a U.S. Mint box with a Certificate of Authenticity; Mesacks coins come in a plastic envelope. The coins can be distinguished by the presence on the reverse of the better version of the P (Philadelphia) mint mark under "In God We Trust." If you look at the HSN close-ups of the reverse of Mesack's coin, you will see they bear no Mint mark at all. Furthermore Mesack charges more for the inferior version of these coins than the U.S. Mint charges for the better one! Around August 10, 2016 Coin Collector was charging $179.95 plus S&H for the inferior version of the Harper's Ferry ATB 5 ounce silver coin. At the same time I bought the version with the box. COA and P mint mark directly from the Mint for $149.95 plus S&H! I repeat: always check usmint.gov or sites like eBay before you buy ATB 5 ounce silver coins from HSN's Coin Collector/Mike Mesack.
I HAVE CONTACTED HSN ABOUT THEM HAVING THE "COIN COLLECTOR" ON THERE DESPITE HIS MISLEADING AND OUTRAGIOUSLY OVER PRICED COINS.

I FEEL VERY STRONGLY ABOUT HSN HAVING THIS GUY ON. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION FOR BEING A GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM BUT THEY TOTALLY NEGLECT ANY OF THE WARNINGS I SENT THEM ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BEING OVERCHARGED AND MISLED BY THE RIPOFF KING...MIKE MEZACK.
I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM HSN'S COIN COLLECTOR SHOW. IF YOU SEE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO BUY, I SUGGEST GOING ON EBAY AND COMPARING PRICES AND BUY FROM DEALERS WITH 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

POOR DON...HE TRIES HARD TO DO A GOOD SHOW BUT HE IS A 1 MAN SHOW AND JUST REPEATS HIMSELF OVER AND OVER BUT MY MAIN ISSUE WITH HIM IS THAT HIS COINS THAN HE CALLS UNCIRCULATED ARE VERY QUESTIONABLE...HORRIBLE EYE APPEAL...AND HIS SO CALLED SUPER SLIDERS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A GRADE LOWER THAN WHAT HE IS CLAIMING THAT THEY GRADE.
