I ordered a white shirt and paid roughly $10 for it and approximately $10.75 for shipping. After a week, I inquired about it and did not get a response for at least 3 days. Finally a package arrived and it was the incorrect item.
I sent an email to tell them they sent me the incorrect item. After 3 days they responded and wanted me to take pictures of it. They did not believe me.
I sent them pictures and after 9 days they responded and acknowledged that it was indeed the wrong item.
After another 4 days they said they would "look into it". What was there to look into? It was clear I was sent the wrong item. There is no excuse for it taking this long to resolve. They actually told me to contact them again in 3 days. I am the customer, I shouldn't have to contact them, they should have contacted me.
I did contact them after 3 days and it took another 3 days for them to respond. All they did was blame a vendor they use to handle the shipping. They call it the "express company", as the customer, none of this is my problem. Then instead of trying to make it right, they said "We are now finding a best way to solve this issue". They already had 16 days to figure out the way to resolve the issue but they actually needed more time.
I told them either refund my money or send me the correct item and I would consider the matter closed. I told them if they wanted the incorrect item they needed to pay to have it shipped. As the customer, I should not have to pay to send it back because of their mistake.
After yet another 3 days, since the shipping cost more than the item, they told me to keep it. They actually acted like they did me a favor by not saying I have to spend my own money to send it back. However they refused to refund my money or send me the correct item unless I paid for it again!
They actually expected me to pay for the correct item again. They acted like they were doing me a favor by offering me a 30% discount. I told them this was unacceptable. I already paid to have the correct item sent to me and they have not done that.
After yet another 3 days, they repeated the offer for a 30% discount. They actually had the audacity to say I can trust them. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for it at all since it was their mistake.
They actually replied by telling me to re-sell the incorrect item to defray the cost of having to pay again for the correct item. They once again said it wasn't their fault but the fault of their "express company". This matter is between them and their vendor, I shouldn't be bothered with this.
They responded by repeating themselves saying I should trust them. No matter how I say it they can't understand that I paid for a certain item and they have not sent it. I should not have pay twice to get it even if there is a discount.
