They did not make the right color, would not refund or make it right, crappy customer service. Like another reviewer, went round and round with e-mail but got nowhere. Fraud is a good word for it!!! If there was a "zero" star, I would highlight it.
I got a wig, but it wasn't what I had ordered. After about of month of e-mailing the company they offered me a $5.00 refund. I turned them over to PayPal and my bank. It took about 3 months but I finally got my money back. My Advice "STAY FAR AWAY".
I have turned Ho wigs to pay pal and also my bank. This is a total scam. They are investagating and will let me know the outcome. I have sent all correspondence that I have had with HO Wigs to the bank. This website needs to be shut down.

I recently ordered a wig from these scammers and they started in with having a problem with a PO box which they didn't have a problem with in placing an order... then they tried to get my physical address after the order was placed. I told them I wanted it canceled and they refused to cancel it and it was within a few hours after I ordered it. Gave me some crap about how they were making it already and it wasn't even 5 hours after I ordered it.. they turned it into a custom order when you are made to believe it was a standard order wig when you are placing an order. So the emails are ongoing at this point.. not even paying attention to the canceling I wanted right from the start. I reported it to paypal and the rep there was not really listening to me, but reassured me a refund. I keep getting emails from Howigs and they are not friendly at this point (never were) and now are asking what cap size because this became a custom order all of a sudden ( custom orders cannot be returned what a scam) In the ad the cap size said one size fits most, so why is it now a custom order.. I suspect so they don't have to refund you any money. Paypal is putting me on hold and says I will get a refund from paypal in 11 days after complaint was started (note the oriental girl I talked to the first time I called paypal never even made it a dispute...hmmmm I wonder... The second rep at least gave me a dispute number and I call them everyday even though they tell me not to.. This is bullshit.. I thought paypal was a secure way to buy things.. not thinking that at this point... these people are scammers sitting in China having a good time scamming people out of their money and paypal is acting like they are a legit company. You would think paypal would pull out of a scam or at least educate themselves especially when there are this many complaints out there about this Howig scam.. Should have known by the name itself that it is a scam and a blow on American people... preferably people who fall for their scam!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered 2 wigs. When they arrived they were not even close to the ones I had ordered from the website after spending 209 they offers me a 5 dollar refund and claimed the wigs were what I ordered...... Obviously they didn't look at the return policy portion of their own website.
Where it says all u need to do is speak to customer service to arrange a return.
I received a package via Fed ex containing 6 different hairpieces plus various false eyelashes. I did not order these things, I never heard of the company and I am not interested in having the product. I don't know where or how they managed to charge to my Pay Pal account. Something is definitely wrong.
