Hoverboard360 sent a recall notice and instead of providing a refund they provided you a credit to buy apparel. I have not been able to reach anyone. They have not answered the phone or returned any emails.

I purchased the hoverboard in 11/2015 and after purchasing the hoverboard I had questions about the stories of hoverboards catching fires and they didn't return my calls or emails then either.

I checked the apparel being sold and I didn't like the clothing for my teenage son and if I did I noticed the prices were ridiculously high for what they were offering.

Hoverboard360 recall as there have been 6 incidents reporting sparks, overheating and short circuits. They are only offering a store credit for their apparel and you can't get a refund nor your product fixed nor a new one sent. In addition, you have to ship the product back at your expense. You have to wait on the line forever repeatedly being taken back to the main menu and continuing to press buttons to try to get to someone only to be offered to buy their overpriced disgusting clothing with the $498 spent on a hoverboard. No, I don't want 3 or for sweatshirts for $500. I want my money back and expressed that. They just hang up the phone on you.

I bought a hoverboard in December 2015 I received an email July 2016 stating there was a recall and that I would have to send it back through UPS I went to UPS and sent the merchandise back I have since been calling Hover board to see where my refund is no one answers the phone I continue to call and continue to email and I never get a response from them

I bought 2 hoverboards for my Grandchildren Dec. 2016. six months later they say there is a recall on both of them. they want me to mail these boards back to them ( my expense) and they will not replace them but give a credit in there store for clothes. there is not one single thing in the clothing store that they want !!! if i wanted to buy them clothes i would have done that. if it is recalled i either want a good board or a refund.... they will not do either one of those. i spent over $800.00 and now have to pay the postage to send them back.;... I feel like they have completely ripped me off.. they will do nothing else for us....

I ordered a Hoverboard 360 for a xmas present for 2015. The hoverboard was recalled, and the company will not issue refund. They will issue a credit for clothing on their website. The clothing is horrible. My kids would never wear it. Terrible customer service for this product.

Returned product to them on 2/2/16. They will not refund my money, as they keep giving me excuses as why there is a delay. They cannot do this to all of us. I have a very hard time getting a hold of them, as they do not respond to email and their voicemails are fill.

I purchased a Hoverboard from Hoverboard 360 in November 2015, received it on December 3, 2015 damaged. Within 5 minutes of receiving the order I had opened up the box and one of the fenders was cracked off and the pieces were in the box. I immediately called hoverboard, which there was no answer, so I emailed them stating that I just received this as a Christmas present for my daughter and it was damaged when I opened it up. I asked what they were going to do about this situation because again it was a Christmas present and it was damaged. I never received a response. I tried emailing them many times and calling them directly, no response to my emails and left numerous phone messages and no calls back. I did this for about 2 months and realized that there was a bigger issue. I started searching for the company online and found a million complaints about the company and noticed that all of their hoverboards on their website stated that they were sold out. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge.

About a month later my credit card company sided with Hoverboard 360 stating that they fought the dispute and that they offered to ship it back for me and that they sent me emails with shipping labels, etc., which I had never received. I contacted Hoverboard 360 and then they finally responded and sent me the paperwork to send it back. I sent it back to them the next day and they have already received the defective and damaged hoverboard. Also, the tires would not stay filled with air, within 1 day they would go flat, I told them that also. I was charged on my credit card from my credit card company once again for the hoverboard which has already been returned to them. I have tried numerous times to call them and left them about 20 phone messages and several emails asking the status of my return, which I have documentation that it is has been delivered and signed by them, and the status of my credit. They still have not answered me or emailed me back.

This company has 100's of bad reviews stating the same issues, damaged upon delivery, defective in numerous ways and that once they get the board back they will not talk to you. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 12/3/15 and now they have the hoverboard back in their possession and they are ignoring me. It blows my mind that they were right there to fight my credit card dispute but now they can't answer me. This company is a fraud, they have taken 100s of customers $ and either sent them a piece of crap or they won't return phone calls or emails.

Was promised Samsung batteries and have generic batteries in both hoverboards I ordered. Also the brand is IMOTO and not Hoverboard. Want refund or new Samsung batteries. Company refuses to return messages or even answer any calls. Worst company ever!!!!

I'm having same problem as everyone else. Thought was buying from a United States company. Did not ship in 2 days. When it did ship was coming from Hong Kong and stuck in customs.

I ordered another from a company in United States. Trying to return the one from Hong Kong but can not get a address. No one answers phone.

This company is a fraud. I will send it to address on box in New York with a signature required and file a claim with the credit card company. Also file a claim with attorney general in new york. Not sure what else to do.

My daughter bought this hoverboard for her 6 yr. old for christmas.

hearing all the accidents and that it wasn't a toy for a 6yr. old

she has tried to return it before christmas.

we have called almost everyday to be put on hold and then disconnected.

we want an address to return and she wants her money back.

she is a single mother and cannot afford to waste her hard earned money on a rip-off

We purchased a Hoverboard from Hoverboard 360 for our son for Christmas. After hearing all of the issues with boards catching fire due to cheap batteries and parts made in China, we wanted to return the Hoverboard. The brand that came was also Imoto.

I called several times and no one answered. You cannot leave a message because the box is "full". I then emailed the company which it says to do in their return policy section of their website. I expressed my concerns and desire to return the Hoverboard. I had no reply. The website says you have 45 days to return the item.

I am not sure what recourse I have. Guess I will try to call my credit card company and file a dispute.This company should be investigated for fraud based on misrepresentation of its product and made to refund all monies to those requesting a refund.

I do know someone will be in hot water if anything happens to a child because of their lack of response.

I ordered a Hoverboard for my son for Chrismas via Hoverboard360.com with the assurance of a guaranteed two-day shipping process. It took over a week to receive it. The product was shipped from CHINA, and was cleared through customs. I received the product on 12/23/15 and was so relieved. What concerned me was that every time I tried to get through to the company telephonically, no one EVER answered and I was disconnected multiple times after waiting 10 minutes per call. I thought perhaps it was because of the holidays they were swamped with orders, calls, etc. So, I overlooked it. On 12/24/15 after my son was in bed sleeping, I charged the product for two hours and then tried to use the hoverboard. IT ONLY WENT BACKWARDS, and it was erratic. I fell twice, and figured perhaps I was doing something wrong. Christmas Day comes and my son is ecstatic. The hoverboard behaved exactly the same way for himHe was upset. I tried it again and fell. He became even more upset. So, on 12/26, I took the hoverboard to my local mall an asked an experienced hoverboard salesperson to try it out for me. SAME THING, and she nearly fell down. She advised that it wasnt working properly and it needed to be returned. I then called Hoverboard360 on Monday, 12/28/15 at exactly 9:01am and waited 20 minutes (2 calls) until someone named Delores answered. Not very professional in my opinion, but she manged to tell me that I have to take 3 photos of the product and attach them to an email directed at: [email protected]. She assured me that I would not have to pay for any restocking fee or for postage if the product is defective. She advised that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a response. I took the 3 photos and emailed the aforementioned address that day (Monday, 12/28/15). Today is Wednesday, more than 48 hours post-email from me. I made at least a dozen attempts, spending several hours trying to contact them with NO ONE answering the phone. I re-sent Monday's email about 6 times, and still NO reply from anyone today. I am livid, and advised them via a final email that if I do not hear back from them by tomorrow that I will be doing anything I can to smear their name and seek legal action against them as well. BEWARE OF HOVERBOARD360!

I have been trying to contact Hoaverboard 360 about a $500 hoverboard me and my wife purchased for our Son for Christmas. No one will answer the phone it leaves you on hold and then says the voicemail is full. Then we tried email but they do not reply at all. The website says 2 day delivery! We ordered this product weeks ago! We finally found there Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/Hoverboard360/ )and to our surprise it turns out that they have been doing this to a ton of people.

When I was deciding to buy this I called and they said 2 day shipping no problem, he said these arent the Chinese ones they are made here in the USA and are safe. That baloney people have been saying they have received boards that have instructions in Chinese. This has ruined my kids holiday as well as thousand of other kids and someone needs to stop these people from doing this to other people. They are deleting angry posts they are now saying they have cleared customs. Why would they need to clear customs if they were made in the USA. They Lie and Steal !

This company is advertising hoverboards made in the US and offering 2 day shipping. I emailed the company stating that I wanted to cancel my order due to the reports of the boards catching fire. I received an email stating that this company had sold over 50,000 boards and have never had an incident with fire. They stated that the boards that are catching fire are made of cheap Chinese batteries however their company uses Samsung or LG batteries. So I decided to keep the order and the next day I received a tracking number that said it was shipping from Hong Kong.

I emailed and called the company and received no answer. Then I got an email stating my package was stuck in customs. Again I emailed and called, still no response. I finally received the board , late of course. It was a Imoto board made with a lithium battery. I emailed them stating that I wanted to return the item. I received no response and the package does not contain information on how or where to return the item. So I am now stuck with a $400 board that I refuse to let my daughter ride because of the dangerous battery. These people are scam artist who will not respond to you once you payment clears.

I purchased a hoverboard from hoverboard 360 website and they claimed to use Samsung batteries and have passed all regulations to ensure the safety of everyone . They are no name knock offs. My son rode the board for two hours free charging it the board no longer worked . It was a Christmas gift for 400.00 and now my sons Christmas is ruined . I have been unable to reach the via phone and when I sent emails they don't respond back to the questions but go all around . They lied and are a huge rip off
