I was browsing online to buy research chemicals online and i got to the company Houston Research Chemicals Online which was based in Houston,Texas. I contacted them to purchase a few grams of 3 products and they said i had to pay an extra $50 for overnight delivery.
I was told to pay with bitcoins through bitcoin ATM which i had to drive 11 miles away to a neighboring city to pay with cash at bitcoin ATM. I got there and they gave me a call to lead me through the process which took about 3 minutes and was very easy. For some reason they could not send out my package on the same day and i was told they will send it out the followin day and return to me with a tracking number.
The following day i did not call nor text and no body contacted me. On the third day i tried calling and sent text messages but no body replied. It was only on the fifth day that they got to me via text and said they were unable to send my package on time because they were at the Mexico border trying to bring products in.
I received my package though on the 6th day and the products were very nice,of good quality. They sent some few free samples claiming to compensate the delay, everything was labelled individually and i really enjoyed the quality of the products.
I am ready to place another order but i am very scared and wish to hear from others who have been dealing with this company. I felt very discuraged when communication was cut off for about 3 days bwcause my past experience with other companies has not been good.
