Tom gallagher & joe collins entered into a foreclosure reconveyance transaction with us for the sole purpose of committing mtg fraud equity stripping Mn Statute 325.N. They stole everything from us. Our $20.000 boat. Killed our 2 cats, stole our riding lawn tractor, flat screen tv, roofing materials, front loader washer/dryer, all of our food in chest freezer & pantry, $38k in our escrow acct, our equity funds of $100k, $7500.00 roof work on one of their bldgs, & then our home on 7 acres, & payed off our lawyer to agree to allow them & their lawyer to fraud us out of our lawsuit against them. FRAUDING THE RAMSEY CTY COURT & A RAMSEY COUNTY JUDGE. They scrambled to start new business Housing Hub & have thwarted all truth about their scamming people that has been going on for over ten yrs. Google Dadders Properties. Youll find nothing but truth in their ripping people off. If or when you find a good review, they wrote the bull crap themselves. They will be brought back to court for their crimes which by the way.. Mtg fraud/Equity Stripping is a State & Federal Felony Crime which could & will result in them losing their license to practice any type of real estate in the state of Mn. Im sure this is why theyve recently & plotting for the future have opened a Housing Hub in Wisconsin. If theres any way to shut that down too...THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF EVER AGAIN!! VERY DISHONEST. VERY PHONY!! SIMPLY MONEY HUNGRY DIRT BAGS!
Where can I start, First of all we signed a month to month lease...yet they say we aren't allowed to move out until March 31st? But somehow they can continue to raise our rent? DO NOT rent from these people. I have detoured 3 people already from them due to HousingHub being a scam. Dadders got shut down and they just switched the name. As for the property , it's about to be shut down. Im in the works of having the department of health, safety and inspections, and a plumber come in to inspect the place. The electric baseboard heaters don't work. Their plumbing is not insulated and is directly outside so the pipes are frozen. There is a mice infestation, black mold growing in our basement due to the dryer not properly ventilated and you know what Housinghubs response is? Just keep laying down traps.
They still have yet to fix anything else. We tried to put in our 30 days notice to vacate and their response? Somehow we can't move during cold weather months.
Yet WE ARE IN A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE! The owner tried to bribe us and tell us he will complete his maintenance requests if we take down our bad reviews online about him. Why? Dont want the truth exposed? How about all the mice droppings and the dozen holes in the walls leading directly outside? My best word of advice is to not rent from these people! There is so much better properties and managers out there! They don't care about you. They only care about the paycheck. They never answer their office phones, in fact when I tried to call them they pick up the phone and hang up! Unprofessionalism! We are working with an attorney right now but I advice anybody to just save the time and money and go somewhere else. We have GREAT previous rental history at every other place we rent. Its not us, it's them.
