Ordered Rusk Anticurl early February. Package arrives, outside carton fully intact, but could smell the product from the outside. Once opened, I realize caps were so loose. Called them, sent e-mail messages several times with no return call or message. Should have read the bad reports before I ordered.
This company has an address in US, but your order will arrive from China. The item will be a cheap lower quality and not what you order, later if you claim to your credit card, they will make you return the item to China with tracking required, which will cost a lot.
Also they will charge you 20% return if previous authorized, and 30% if you decide to cancel the order before they send it to you. Be cautious, don't waste your money ordering from this company. I ended with and item I have to dispose and losing what I paid for.
The reviews in their website have to be fake, no one running this kind of business will have good reviews.
I purchased product from this company on 4/16 and they have yet to fulfill the order even though I paid over $20 for 2-day shipping. I contacted the company and they told me it would take another 3-4 business days to even get the order together and ship.
So essentially, even after paying for expedited shipping the earliest the product would getbtonme would be over 2 weeks after shipping. Nothing on their website indicates that they take over a week to handle the order and ship. They won’t issue a refund for the order even though nothing has been shipped.
Houseofbeauty, they send my order to someone in Florida, and send me someone else order I call them about it no one get back in touch with me, after calling 6 time I finally get someone,who scream curse and hang up the phone on me, after telling me I will not received my order until I mailed back the item. I told them to send a return label they said I have to paid to mailed it back after they are the one who make the mistake they want me to suffer for it that company need to shutdown or someone need to do something about there dishonesty IT IS NOT FAIR FOR CUSTOMER TO BE TREATED IN THE MANNER THEY TREAT PEOPLE,you could call until you blue in the face you would not reach anywhere with then,UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR A CALL FROM THE IT IS OVER ONE MONTH ALREADY..
