He explained to us there was a fee for his 'analyst' to write the report of $7,500.00
We visited his website and saw a number of reputable companies has previously been profiled.
We weren't really interested but after about 2 months of high pressure sales calls sometimes 2-3 times a day we decided to give Bill Johnson and his associate Tammy Baines a try.
After the money was sent we called to confirm the wire was sent. He did not answer.
We tried relentlessly to get ahold of him. We never head of him again.
Within the past two weeks another company who had been contacted by Billy who remembered us talking about him called us and asked how things went. We confirmed to them it was a scam.
As it seams he is now again going after 'clients', more like targets we felt it pertinent to create this report.
I recently entered into an agreement with Hotstoqx to provide Investor Relations services to our Company. I wired $7,500 to the bank account provided by Hotstoqx. Since receipt of the funds I have had one text from Bill Johnson, (who is supposed to be the principle) although I believe that is a fictional person, and have heard nothing from them for over a month. They do not respond to texts, E mails or letters. I have written to other customers of theirs and have found out that that they have done this previously although I did hear that when they actually work (which happens occasionally) they can be effective. It is obvious that they scam people when they believe they can get away with it.
