Buyers Beware!! This system doesn't work at all. Nothing that they described is legitimate. They will also provide you with a refund guarantee but conveniently disappear when you amicably request for it or they quickly push the blame on you. They promise that your calendar will be booked up with inquiries, and calls would be flooding in, etc.
First-hand experience, 60 days into the system not even one calendar booking, only 2 calls came in whereas one was probing if this was a scam and other text messages coming in telling you to F-OFF. Over $2000 spent with them and $1500 with Facebook for 70 horrible leads ($20/per lead, but their pitch will state $3). These people have zero retention, even their support team would state over a call with me that majority of people cancel after 3-4 months because they are not happy (they don't teach their support on the b.s soundbite their sales team uses).
Their system was built by mere kids who finished programming 101, i.e. you have ringless voicemails that leave only half of the recording. I have been a broker for 14 years, funded over $2B in mortgages and they are trying to cross-sell me sales training for another $2000 (SMH). And if you don't buy into it, they blame the failure quickly on you because you didn't buy their sales training for another $2000 after they sign you up on their superb system that is supposed to bring in a lot of prospects.
$3500 and two months of my time wasted on a scam. And do not believe any refund policy they tell you, they will twist it at the end with their "terms and policy" to avoid giving you back even a single $1.
Not only did HotProspector demand payment before delivery, they switch the software application at the time of installation. I had refused to download the other program and requested a refund of $147 monthly subscription. After that time, there has been no communication from the company, calls & emails were unreturned. However, they did attempt to continue charging me the $147 through my credit card for 3 months. Fortunately, my credit card company disputed the charge and the charges were reversed. I find it interesting that the Better Business Bureau report only starts the beginning of 2015, which is misleading as this company has been in business since 2012.
