I asked the staff if the campus in The Hague, and this city where the United Nations is located really had better service, and they said it did not.
This school is bad drama, an "education" students really do not need - consider travelling with your son or daughter or sending them on a Club Europa tour of Europe instead...this business school graduates students that really do not have the attention span to work at an average hotel reception desk and may find themselves hopelessly controlled and intimidated unless they happen to be large blonde females.
Essentially, the staff at this vastly over-rated and bad-value establishment - and not just the restaurant staff and reception - sadistically and violently control students spiritually, and despite being reasonably well dressed are rude and enslaving socially. As someone with more than three full college and university degrees who studied at the Stanford Business School I must sincerely relate to you that not only would I never send my own children to stay here, either as guests at the hotel or students, and that less pretentious living venues in Holland are really better value both socially and educationally, and half to a fourth of the price per night. The hotel staff represent and are represented by we-must-have-the-last-word unkind spiritual sadists, who violently and sadistically attempt to control any, and particularly those who dare to complain, and will treat one very, very wrongly for even expressing one negative opinion to an adult, over-40 member of the computer help desk.
This is really a hotel that has economized in lighting and bathroom facilities in a way that may save some electricity but that is cheap and frustrating....showers without doors that waste and spill water, heating that is way too cold and cannot be turned past 23, lights that can never all be turned on at the same time and a TV that turns off automatically. Cheap, pretentious and vainly dysfunctional non-sense. As your son or daughter is exposed to what is bad economizing and disfunctional electricity and heating saving they will be wasting their hearts and minds. Very short-minded, shallow and haught vain personel. Make reservations in advance in Holland and find a hotel that is good enough to actually charge the advertised rate.
