I booked a hotel room for next year through HotelPlusPortal.com. Today I received a call from the hotel, informing me that Hotel Plus, LLC has ceased operations, taken the money, my reservation is invalid and I need to pay the hotel in full to make the reservation. HotelPlusPortal.com, GuestSmile.com and all other related websites are all gone, voicemail is full, and emails return error messages.
