I booked a reservation through Trivagp, and my plans changed and I had to fill out a request for my cancellation and refund online only. There are no phone numbers. They wrote back, saying they can’t they have a no refund policy. To contact the hotel myself and get it. The hotel says they have to call their wholesale Dept and it will be refunded. These guys are in Hong Kong don’t use Trivago anymore.
