I stayed in an apartment from them for just 6 months. They had time to charge me for over 13000 dollars for 6 months, including 700 dollars of carpet renewal. I did not stay long enough to damage anything on the carper, not to mention the fee charged for a small 150 sq ft room. They charged me cleaning fees for an immaculately clean apartment. Charged me 200 dollars for a blind that did not work when I got in. There are hundreds of reports about this company. They are the worst, stay away from them or you will be sorry.
