On 7-29-16 I took my Dodge Ram 1500 for repairs to Hooman Dodge of Los Angeles for a Transmission Job I paid $2,273.02 for repairs it took them three months to fix in October of 2016 I picked up my truck within 3 days the transmission went out again . So now I'm forced to rent a car again while my car awaits transmission repairs in January of 2017 I pick up my vehicle again within 5 days the transmission goes out again I'm forced to rent a car again. February of 2017 I pick up vehicle within the week my transmission goes again so Hooman paid for rental this time which was now in March of 2017. I get a phone call from Julio Rosales stating they had changed staff and Ben the old General Manager was no longer with them and that I need to return the rental car. I asked Julio was my car fixed he said No he said that the transmission was under warranty with someone else and that they were not responsible for damage or rental. However Ben the General Manager that took my truck in assured me that I would not be responsible for the rental or any gas and he gave his word it would all be taking care of . I asked Julio to talk to his boss for Ben had gave his word the nightmare would be over Julio denied me to talk to his boss Oscar Aldana or the owner stating he had spoken to them and they agree I should bring the rental back. I stated to Julio I have to get to work and I gave 2,273.02. to have my truck repaired he said well sorry its not our fault he never mentioned when my truck would be fixed he simply could careless about me and my situation and this is why I say this is transmission robbery.
The Co-owner of this Dealership authorized an agreement to pay for services provided by myself to his Dealership. for about a month and half I provided him with the agreeded upon service. I spoke with him on the phone At the start of the agreement and when over the details. I was told by him to provide his sales person (Julie Wang) with the information paper work to get things started.
We send her the paper work and they returned it signed by the General sales manager. Just to play it safe we check in with the Accounts Payable office and was told that the General Sales manager was authorized to Sign for the Dealership. So the agreement is in place for the month and we send out the Invoice on the 1st and wait on payment. and Wait and Wait. On the 15th of the month I contact them and ask when we can expect a check and am told to call Rayan Nissani at the same exact phone number I dialed to talk with him before. And The same man with the same voice comes on the line and claims never to have heard of my company or the agreement they sent it.
Its very clear this is a case of Rayan Nissani not wanting to pay his Legal Debts. We provided thousands of Dollars of Services and now we are stuck having to waste our time and money trying to collect. and take him to court. We tried to contact the Accounts Payble Clerk that said the General Sales Manager was authorized to sign and found out the dealership fire them. So we tried to contact the General Sales Manager and it turn out they fired him as well.
If you are looking to buy a car stay away from this dealership and their salesmen. They are not to be trusted and will try and wiggle out of any agreement you make with them.

On May 29, 2017 I made an appointment to see Julie Chen to look at a Dodge Journey (2016) new vehicle.
I arrived at the so called Dealership, which looked like move of a factory building in the moving process!
I filled out the paper work for buying the car before I ever saw it! Then no one in the dealership could find the car!
Well, I waited for some time and they still produced no vehicle to test ride or see. After wasting 3 or more hours
I left. My advice is do not waste your time going to any Hooman Car dealership in southern California.
They are a BIG WASTE OF YOUR TIME in buying a vehicle of any kind!
They look like a VERY LARGE RIP OFF place to do business of any kind.
