I love my car and i will continue to pay on my car those people harrassed me everyday then even had the nerve to tell me since i was 2 payments behind that if i paid a 100 dollars then they would take those 2 payments and put them at the end that was a lie it only put 1 and i made a payment the following day im furious about my car when its my only transportation to and from work

First off they took me because I had bad credit so the interest rate was extremely high so after I paid off my loan about 7000 without the interest rate it would of been 4000 but I paid it off so after my final payment I called for my title ..they said oh yeah we forgot to tell you that you owe us for interest and late fee so in total it is about 500 more .....so when I asked them to prove to me that I owe them that they said they well prove it but I haven't seen nothing or heard anything in almost a month I called back they said it was in my contact I looked and still can't find out a reason for me to have 500dollars in fees without me noticing it....I called them a few months before I finished my car payments and asked is there anything extra I owe they said no your in good standing you owe us nothing but now that I want my title I owe y'all something out of nowhere...a big rip off

I purchased a vehicle in November 23, 2013 the car was financed through Honor Finance. The contract I signed back in 2013 says 42 payments of 365.00 a month . I have never paid car payment late and this company verified that by reporting every month to credit bureau of timely payments. Now that my loan is paid off all of a sudden fees accrued. I asked what fees ive always paid on time and always pay whatever i owe upon paying my monthly payment. Upon speaking to representative he stated its called Simple Intrest and to just give him 1500.00 dollars and we can settle. I said settle? Im not in collections and its not a settlement im done paid in full, he then started telling me about simple intrest which my car payment was so high because of the intrest rate and i paid this car payment faithfully. Check my credit you will see the history so im not sure where and why over 2000.00 in late fees and i was never late per your reporting to the bureaus each month so im not understanding. My contract is finished so why and how did they come up with over 2000.00 in late fees doesnt make since at all . Other dealerships are contacting me to purchase a vehicle because they said they seen i made good on a very high intrest loan , so how did these mysterious fees come about? When you asked them to explain to you how you have late fees when your never late they cant answer you. Every month its a different amount never matching to your contract or records. The representatives are very Rude and not very knowledgeable at all. This company repossed a car 10 years ago after i lost my job and the girl started screaming about that car loan and the car being repo which i still dont understand what that car loan has to do with this one. I need someone to help because they are ripping me off and they clearly know that im done with this 3 1/2 year contract. Can you please help me with this please please please!

Honor Finance LLC not a good company do business with, they are very unprofessional and very deceitful, untrustworthy. I have a 2005 ford crown Victoria finance through honor finance of late 2015 and nobody explain the detail of auto finance. I was told they would work with me if I be late in my payments, however they repossessions the vehicle the next following day. When I call the company the staff was very rude and ignorant on the phone. Then I call the so-call vice-president of the company I was told they did not repossessions the vehicle. Next following day I contact the company I was told by customer service representative the vehicle was indeed repossession and tow to the nearest tow yard. Now they are suing me for unpaid balance. Do not trust this company and it staff nor it management.

Honor finance was notified about an accident my son had in my car. Insurance notified Honor Finance that car was totaled. My insurance company needed some paperwork signed by Honor Finance and returned before they could issue a check and Honor Finance has yet to sign and return paperwork though my insurance company and myself have made several attempts to get this completed. It has been 5 weeks sense this has all started and still no response by Honor Finance. My insurance company and myself have tried several times today to contact Honor Finance and we keep getting disconnected. This all started October 23. I was told by Honor Finance not to make any payments till my insurance company paid what they figured was a fair amount and then I was to finish the payoff balance. Now I've been receiving harassing calls about payment being past due and that they are charging interest on full balance Plus's late fees. Why should I have to pay late fees and extra interest when they will not process paperwork so insurance can make payoff and then I can pay balance? This is there mistake not mine I was told by them I could not pay anything till insurance payment was made and insurance can't do anything till Honor Finance does there job. I do not recommend this company to anyone for financial services. Very poor service and unprofessional treatment of customers.
