The term "excessive or unusual noise," as used in this section, means noise in excess of the usual noise which would necessarily result from the operation of a motor when reduced to the minimum by a muffler such as is defined herein.
We also must petition Governor Ige to FIRE every single poice officer who refuses to do their job. There are plenty of men out of work on the island who could take their places.
