Hongkong Global-Export Co., Limited Reviews
I ordered a cellphone from them. But didnt get it. although I receive a package from china but whats inside is not the one I ordered. I dont know if its from them because different company name. At first communication was really good but i didnt get any more replies since last week. They are fast on receiving and taking money thou. Oh yeah they didnt provide me a good tracking. they give some tracking but it didnt work at all. I would still like to buy stuff from them if only they are legit and will delivered what is ordered and provide satisfaction.
I ended up sending them a moneygram for $450 for the merchandise. After two weeks went by a sent an email to exportsales.alina@gmail and she replied back giving me a tracking number that my product was being shipped via Singapore Post. SO i went online to check and sure enough it was a valid tracking # that reflected a package being sent. Unfortunately when the package did arrive on Saturday 03Oct2015 it was someone else' package that contained a Beats By Dre Pill (Limited Edition) Beats By Dre (Tour Ear Buds) 3 USB 128GB Flash Drives and 1 USB 64GB Flash Drive and an invoice for someone that lives in France or Ireland. I was also emailed an invoice for my purchasing order prior to me sending the moneygram which is why i thought the company was valid. I tried to contact the Singapore Post but they were not helpful at all
i went on Alibaba looking to order 3 Electronic Self-Balancing scooters for my kids.
I received quite a few offers by so many companies and decided to go with HongKong Global export because they offered the best prices in comparison. I ended up sending them a $450 moneygram after i was emailed what looked like a valid invoice document. after a couple of weeks went by i sent an email to [email protected] inquiring about the status and tracking info for my order. She replied back later that evening giving me a tracking number that my product was being shipped via Singapore Post. I went online shortly thereafter to check and sure enough it was a valid tracking number that reflected a package being sent. Unfortunately when the package did arrive on Saturday 03Oct 2015, it was someone else' package that contained a Beats By Dre Pill (Limited Edition) Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Beats By Dre Tour Ear Buds, 3 128GB USB Flash Drives and 1 64GB USB Flash Drive. It also contained an invoice for some guy that either lives in France or Ireland when you look at the mailing address. I tried to contact the Singapore Post to find out how it was mailed to me but they were no help. I even contacted the Company that was on the invoice inside the box via email and i haven't heard from them either. IT arrived Registered Mail which means i had to sign for it thinking that maybe i was receiving the small package was containing the Iphone 6 that was my free gift for purchasing the 3 scooters. I have sent 2 additional emails to Alina at [email protected] since Saturday and haven't received any replies. I guess i'm stuck now with some stuff that i don't even need but hopefully the next person will not be deceived by this person and do better research than i did to become better familiar with these scams and avoid the same pitfall i did.
