Had legitamate warranty issue, he skirted using unfair policy procedures to save his dealership $118 over a Honda Battery 8 Months old with a 60 Month Warranty, Invoice Number 445150273 dated 01/25/2016. Very sad when a business in the USA is so big they can treat good paying Americans poorly.

So please be aware that the business you might thorw their way would be better given to I.e. Finley Honda. YOu will be glad you did.
This family has three Honda's and because of this incident two will be sold within thirty days. We as a family will never buy Honda or Acura again. More people need to follow my suit and when businesses become too big for good normal customer service need to buy else where. This is what this consumer will do...
I will now tell anyone that will listen not to ever buy or service their Hondas at the following:
DONT BUY or do SERVICE with Honda West - New Honda and Used Car Dealer in Las Vegas Serving Henderson, Mesquite & Boulder City, Nevada, you might become very disappointed.Especially if dealing with Brian Haffey or any Honda America Dealer Representative.
Used to take my car here all the time, Not any more. Used to get good price on oil changes, and the basics.
car would not start so I brought it in.
Took me contacting honda twice just to get an estimate of the various problems that could have been wrong.
was told $105 over the phone for diagnostic.
then it was $135 when I got there.
$125 ignition switch
$400 for a starter motor estimate.
$ didn't get estimate for key reprogram that i asked for.
Ended up being the starter motor, and $757.
Then when my card didn't have that much available, they would not allow a friend or family member pay over the phone.
Stopped using service financing.
I had more than enough bitcoin at the time, they would not accept that, and would not take me to the Bitcoin ATM on the strip because it was close to closing time on saturday.
they aren't open sundays so I was stuck without my car.
They took advantage of me because my car would not start and i needed it.
