Beware of Homestreet Roofing. The company has been in the Denver metro area for 17+ years and has enjoyed a stellar reputation with customers and contractors; until now. The company will convince you to allow them to perform all your home repairs even though they don't have the personell they need to do the work. This may be a result of the fact the owner has started slow paying the contractors.
For 16 years contractors were paid on time, usually within days of completed work. In the last 12 months the subcontractors have had to wait for months to get paid; the owner saying he has to collect more money first. One of his solar contractors had to threaten to place a lien on a customers house to get paid, after months of delay.
He has changed office space a couple of times, finally moving theit into his home. I would highly reccommend anyone hiring a roofing company to visit the office and take a look at the operation. If a roofing company does not pay their subcontractors; a lien may be placed on the customer's home, even if the customer paid in full. Don't take the chance. Use someone else.
