Let me first start off by saying that i went on ebay and found this guy "selling" a business oppertunity were he gives me a list of properties to sell and then i pay him his asking price and i can keep all the extra profit for myself. it was really sketchy so to test it out i went online and looked up some names and i found the name of a dead pastor in my area named Stephen Piga. i then installed an app on my phone called text now and got a fake number. i made a fake email and everything. just because if this guy was a scam artist which he turned out to be, i wanted no part in it. So then he emails me like 3 lists of properties, way to much to list on ebay and craigslist where he infact instructed me to do. So i had to pay someone to make a website for me and what better then to make it piga properties because the guys identity i used last name was piga. SO to make a long story short i soon found out this man was a con artist and theres bunch of them in on it and so i started using all their information. Then finally i cut ties with them and was going to continue using Piga properties since i paid for the website and sure enough, one of the people he robbed make a fraud report on him and what does he do, he thinks i did it and wrote fraud reports on Stephen piga like an idiot ( he didnt even have the balls to say he did it, he blame his buddy anthony) So i go on to check the report and he posts a picture of like a 20 year old kid.... the best part about it is i guess the kids name is mr piga to hahahaha what an idiot. So here below is the report everyone should look out for.
Stay AWAY FROM JASE HABER and Homes Dirt Cheap Inc!!!! Just like the fraud report says online, he is a con artist. He sells houses in Detroit Michigan that are already foreclosed by the county for non payment of taxes. If you dont believe me go on his website www.homesdirtcheap.com ... look up the properties. You can go right on detroit count tax assessor website and see for yourself. Most of these properties are burned to the ground and owed over $10,000 in backed taxes. Not only does he scam innocent buyers of their hard earned money, but he recruits innocent people off eBay claiming to have this successful business and he’s looking for business partners. He sends you a list of Detroit addresses and He expects you to do all the work sell these properties that he’s getting for $500 or less from Asset Management Directors LLC, then he sells them to you for $1600 and expects you to make a profit. Keep in mind he lies to you and tells you that HE OWNS these properties and that they are fully rented and he has the customer deposit the money in YOUR account so when the customer finds out the property they purchased is foreclosed on already he claims he had nothing to do with the sale. This guy is a crook. It is sad because he claims to have all these employees working for him. He even has a fake eBay account under a different name claiming to be some guy Tanner. Which i can tell you is smart. I am lucky i gave him a fake name, phone number and address when i started doing business with them. They got madd because someone posted a fraud report on them and they were so guilty they tried to do the same to me and use me as the roll over guy but they posted pictures of a 20 year old kid which i guess they got when they looked up the name of a dead pastor that i gave them and used as an alias. If you are all smart you would stay away from this guy. After you start getting wise to his BS and question him he trys to get you to sign contracts and stuff. Contracts all of which are signed by his girlfriend / fiancé/ wife partner to roll over on Emma Jacobs not himself. This guy claims to be such a famous successful actor but has not been in any real movies. The only successful acting he has done other then high school drama is acting like a successful business man owning all these properties. He has many websites and many eBay accounts. Such a successful business and this man only replies through " [email protected] or [email protected]) ....soooo successful but yet he has to have a business email through Google mail??? This man simply looks for people to sell properties that are not even his and then steals the poor customer’s money and claims his innocence. Then when people let the world know exactly what he is doing through fraud rip off reports and stuff, he responds back with a fake story and that we are just trying to attack his business. His business which is not even a registered business at all. I am sorry i even let myself get scammed by such a loser like this guy. I am simply writing this to try to save other honest people like myself from going through this hell of being scammed and scamming others unintentionally. All these so called companies have emails at google mail... not professional at all... When you confront him he sends rude and harassing emails. He trys to talk on the phone from web phone numbers so you have nothing in writing proof of what he says. Stay away from this bone head.

Also here is a small tip, before you buy ANY properties in Detroit, Michigan Go on http://www.waynecounty.com/treasurer/treasurer_payonline.htm and type the property parcel number in. These guys try to be slick and leave out the parcel number, but you can run the address on zillow.com and get the parcel number and simply plug it in to the county website and it will tell you ALL this mans “investment properties” are foreclosed by the county already. Or you can use a title search company like i do myself which is how i learned this guy was a POS and a scam artist.

Even though my Husband didn't want me to try to do business with this outfit, I still chose to see what they were about. So, I proceeded to asking questions about investing in the properties. However, Jase Haber refused to give me any info about the properties that he was trying to sell. He would not say whether the properties were vacant, had tenants, how many bedrooms, the condition of the properties, nothing. He told me to look up the information on Zillow.com or Trulia.com. I did try looking some of the places up. I explained that it would be best if he just sent a spreadsheet telling me more about the properties. Again, he refused to do so. So I declined working with him when I could not get the information from him that I was requested. Then, even though I asked him to stop emailing me, he refused. He started sending me nasty emails. He continued to harass me by email. I told him to stop a number of times, as well as to unsubscribe me from his emails that I never requested. Instead, he continued on calling my funds fake, calling my investors who wanted to do business with him fake and continued to taunt me and ridicule me because I refused to do business with him. I don't know of any company who wouldn't want to help their customers to get more information about the condition of a property that they are buying. He made a joke about everything trying to discredit me and my companies about being thorough. I proceeded to report him to the FTC for the Can Spam Act. I never asked him to send me any emails to begin with. And to get harassed because I refused to move forward with him makes him and his business look even more suspect. If you decide to do business with this company, proceed with caution. I even told him that I would be willing to make a trip to come and look at the properties since he wouldn't provide any pictures or any other information that would be valuable to me or my customers. I just don't believe this to be a legitimate company. A legitimate company wouldn't behave in this matter. He certainly got an earfull messing with me. I told him that I would pursue litigation for the problems and troubles that he has caused myself and my investors. I don't believe that he is licensed to sell any of these properties either. I don't even think he owns the properties either. Just on the strength that he seemed to be so secretive about everything dealing with the properties leads me to believe that this is nothing more than a scam. He had provided me with no information to prove otherwise.
I purchased 10 properties off homes dirt cheap with no issues, 3 of them where in real bad shape but one actually had a tenant. You lose some, you win some. Over all great experience and I knew what I was getting my self into.
