They offer great pay your first job. Then once they have you suckered in . They say customers not happy. But, if customer wasn't happy why did they tip me ? They won't answer you. If you call or text a customer and they don't reply you still have to show up.

You arrive only to find out customer is not home or cancelled service. They charge the customer regardless. You don't get paid. And, here is the real winner they trap customers into ever week service. You think your getting your house cleaned once.

Guess again, they will have you scheduled weekly and charging your credit card. Also, if you try to cancel they will charge you. So, not only bad for customers but business for people that work hard at there job only to not be paid.

Disaster!!! Read the reviews if you do business with this company you are a fool! Do you really think that all these people who have had the same exact experience are just wasting their time writing bad reviews or… do you think that this company is really just incompetent?

Here’s the situation this company has contracts was with many builders in DFW. This company must pay the builders a lot of money to be the exclusive wiring provider for the homes. This incestuous relationship forces the homeowners to use Home Pro for the wiring. The home owner cannot have cat 6 data drops and certain electrical drops done after your house is built so they are forced to have Home Pro do this wiring during the new house build. The homeowner feels obligated to buy the technology packages (surround sound, music systems etc.) from home Pro because the wiring is so ridiculously overpriced so purchasing one of their highly overpriced technology packages seems to make sense. If the homeowner does not buy a technology package from home Pro, then they are getting hit on both sides. They are being overcharged for the wiring and then they must go out and buy technology from a 3rd party.

We’ve had HomePro come to our house more than 12 times. We built an $800,000 house and cannot get the remote control working, speakers working, music systems they installed working, Cat6 wires working, internet working. Basically, all of the technology in our house doesn’t work. We moved in over six months ago and things still aren’t working. We finally had a 3rd party come out to help us with our internet issues and they said our box where all the wires terminate looks like a teenager did the job because nothing is labeled and all the wires are just shoved in the wall.

We had so many problems with this mess we dealt with the CEO, COO, CFO, I think every executive in the company, every manager in the company, every “best team” in the company. The salesperson Jason who lives one street behind must be thoroughly embarrassed because he sold the entire neighborhood his services here at light Farms in Celina texas.

Every time we call and ask them to come out and fix our problems they say they’re sitting out there top team. We let them know that’s what they said last time and they say no this is our top team and it’s a different team every time. Many the people who came out previously no longer with work with the company. Here’s some very interesting things from the employees on how they talk about HomePro.

Bottom line is we had one experience with these guys wouldn’t be writing a review but 12+ times and they failed miserably every time. They are incompetent every time!!! They are rude, my wife was about to throw the tech out today as he was in the house because he was so rude.

If you do business with this company you will get the same results and you will be disgusted that you wasted your money and time with them. We suggest you use any other A/V company out there and you will have a better experience. It doesn’t matter who you pick, you couldn’t possibly do worse than doing business with HomePro.
