I ordered 20 LED lights for $199.00 and got only 10. I contacted Kyle at customer service. He emailed me back requesting a picture of what i had received.I sent it. He mailed me again and said the other 10 were in the mail fedex and i have been waiting 3 weeks now. NO LIGHTS.
I originally bought these from a website they were running on the NEW YORK TIMES .
I saw the above company on the internet and they said they would send three lights that needed batteries and would light hallways, closets, etc. with no electricity. I paid $52.05 for three lights, got them through only regular mail, and when I followed directions of putting batteries in each one, none of them worked. I wrote to the company by e-mail and they said I should use scotch tape to close the door where the batteries were held.
I said no, it's defective, and I wanted a refund, and they offered 65% refund, which I refused, as the items were non-working, not mailed carefully, and were fraudulent products. They then said they couldn't offer any refund, unless you want to incur the expense of sending them back.
Don't order them. Some internet companies sell them as well.
