This company has been in the business for almost 15 years, and in the world of Internet that’s like a century. We spent close to $250.00 to get what we needed on a few customers, and everything was instantly delivered and presented as promised. We won’t be going anywhere else.
The local country clerk directed me to this company. Not a free site, but for a little fee I downloaded everything I needed in seconds. Billing isn’t tricky, and if you don’t care to be on a monthly plan, just select what you want at the enrollment. I give them 5 Stars, because they deserve it.
A few times a year I need to pull properly info to check on the current homeownership records. There's no better service giving me instantly what I need. If you don't need monthly billings, make sure to do so at the enrollment. I personally pay yearly and save a lot.
Reports and docs are instant and not expensive. You may find some of it on the Internet, but if need anything beyond the basic info, this website is for you.
a debit for $14.99 to "homeinfomax.com" showed up on my bank statement. l have no idea what this company is, and certainly do not need home info! l called the number listed and was told to send them an email-no human to human direct contact. must be another internet scam!!!!!!!
Apparently I subscribed to a month to month subscriptions. I was able to access a few times afterwards the website was not avaialble. Only form of contact is by email (should have been my 1st clue). Finally found an old email and sent an email about stoping subscription and requesting a refund. I also got with my bank to stop any future charges. I finally get a reply in which company states will refund $14.49 and my $23 despoit made. However, they are refusing to do refund $23 and $14.49 because I called my bank. And they will not longer respond to my email as that being only form of contact. Will not refund money.
I signed up for a “30 day” property report plan May 31, 2016. Thirty days as I had only one property to investigate as a favor for a family member; it was his property. Unnoticed by us they, HOMEINFOMAX.COM, had been charging us $14.99 for the month to month plan ever
since; thats 5 additional months. If you look at the plans offered on their signup web page there are two 30 day plans 1 is 30 days only and 1 is 30 day reoccurring. They are located two columns apart and I know which one I subscribed to. I thought at last someone was doing it right by
not forcing you to unsubscribe.
But that’s the con! They only have a voice mail phone number as can be noted on the bottom of their “Contact Us” Web Page so I called and left a message but didn’t get a response. I thought then at least they would stop charging me but they didn’t so I
sent them an E-mail when my wife noticed the latest charge but even then I received no response. So I had to contact my bank and have the overcharges reversed and new credit card issued. There 30 day 1 time plan is a scam and they didn’t even bother to respond when I told
I subscribed to their 30 day only, not the 30 day Reoccurring plan (they offer both) and was charged for an additional 5 months @ $14.99 a month. I called their Voice mail only line: no response. So I E-mailed them when an additional charge showed up shortly after that and even told them what I was going to do. I'm in the process of having my Bank "back-charge" those payments and issue me new cards. I did have to fill out fraud papers on them and I supplied the Bank with a screen shot of the plans offered and a screen shot receipt of the E-mail I sent them which can only be done via their web site.
Your better off going through a Title Company, who will give the same information for free, only better, if you tell them that you fully expect it to result in a Title Ins Policy. I just didn't have the time to wait for the Mail or to stop by their office. I know this can be done as I was an RE Agent for a number of years and then went on to Consult. Just ask for the Property Research Dept. They can be your best friend.

Saved me time & money

Fast & relatively simple

best site for copies of deeds
Nothing compares to this site when it comes to downgliding copies of all sorts of deeds. Everything is instant and not even costly.

Overcharged 5 months
