My situation was very similar to what other people complained about here. I paid $699 up front for 6 months Facebook ads to sell a home. I am a real estate broker. I got a few phony leads where the people never even acknowledged wanting information about the house. I understand there are phony clickers on the internet where your ad is clicked on for the company to justify their fee to The Advertiser.

Maybe this is what's Happening Here. A woman called Erin promised me a refund if i want happy before I signed up. After I signed up she would not return any of my phone calls nor my emails. I was given an account manager Chris Thomas who Kicked the Can down the road for two months trying to explain why I wasn't getting any leads and why the few leads were phony.

Then they blamed me for not spending enough money on the ads when the money was already included in the fixed fee I paid them. And then they said I didn't give it enough time. I think two months is plenty of time. When I ask for a refund they invented a whole new refund policy. By the way the refund policy is not given to you until after you pay.

These people once they get their hands on your credit card number you will never hear from them again except for the account manager who gives you phony excuses so you don't quit. They want to keep the clock running. When you are two months into the six months You get a zero refund because they have all kinds of fees they deduct against what you paid.

This is to be expected from this dishonest company. I cannot say anything good about these people and my experience is similar to what others are complaining about here.. they should be sued on the Massachusetts General law 93a which protects the consumer against deceptive and misleading business practices such as these. I will do that if they do not give me a refund.

I wanted to change my facebook business page to add more options for people when they visited my page. I reached out to Turnkey Solutions Homeasap to have them help me with the relaunch of the page with what I wanted. I submitted the required information and what I wanted to have included. They failed to informed me that the items I was requesting to have done was not able to be done as Facebook had changed things. So they did the job the way they wanted to.

I was informed after two days they would contact me to go over the page and see if it was to my liking. They never contacted me in regards to the design which was horrible and to inform me they weren't able to include what I was asking for. I wasn't aware of what facebook would allow now with the changes and what they wouldn't allow. This is the problem. They knew but failed to inform me. I asked for something they in turn was not able to do and failed to let me know this but charged me for there service. In my email response back to the account manager named Angela S(they do not use full names now I know why) that I was not happy with the service as it's not what I requested please cancel. They of course attempted to sell themselves totally missing the fact that they delivered a horrible service and lack communication. This could have corrected at the beginning by simply informing me what I was looking for they were not able to provide. Instead Angela's supervisor Joel (you guessed it no last name) calls me only to attempt to tell me how great they are with their service. He then repeats what they are not able to do. By choice chose to ignore they did the work and published without discussion for which would have eliminated everything.

It's funny if they had told me what they couldn't do upfront rather than taking my $699.00 there would not have been a problem now.

They are not able to do facebook as they claim and they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to use them even to lie by the sales person.... we are a new small company and if you don't like things as it goes along you can cancel we do not want our name or service to get bad out there as we are a growing company. Well after taking my money and providing not what I asked for the have this verbiage on the receipt:
