Before making your decision to use HomeTenders of America Read This: These people have not only threatening but extremely aggressive. We needed a temporary situation as we were building a home. As everyone knows, you tend to go over budget and I wanted a situation that was teporary and cheap. But as the lesson goes, "you get what you pay for" right? After speaking to the realtor that had the home listed where we stayed, she highly suggested that we contact the Better Business Bureau. Her words exactly were, "you guys were a dream to deal with. Hometenders is a horrible company and I never knew how bad they were until word got around about this website. If you read the complaints here, they are all basically the same. What shocks me is their behavior they engage in when responding to ALL these complaints. It screams unprofessionalism. Wow!
Although I hadn't had time to take care of this as it's been busy moving in and lifes daily business, I do feel it is necessary as the realtor said to protect those who like myself, need a temporary situation. Do not consider this company Hometenders of America whatsoever! As a businessman myself, I take extreme pride in reviews and what is said about our company. If I had just one, (literally JUST ONE) of these complaints, I would do everything in my power to make things right. Instead, they take it upon themselves to call each and every complaint, LIES. When there are as many complaints as they have, you tend to take notice and make the obvious decision that this company is not on the up-n-up.
