This guy Albert Gil (714) 793-9812 is a scam. Do not give give your personal financial information of money.
This company did postpone my home sale for 30 days. I paid them $1100.00, signed papers to that effect. The next month Albert Gil called me on the phone to inform me I owed them more money for the that month. I called my Loan company and they informed me the sale had been postponed, they didn't say why, or how. I did not authorize Albert Gil or their company to submit any work. According to the paperwork and phone call we had, I was informed they could postpone up to 6 months, however I would have to pay and I never agreed to any time frame other than what I paid for. This Albert Gil then started calling me and leaving messages regarding when I was going to pay them! The insulting statement made to me was" he thought I was a Christian and now I was showing something different"! I was offended, and stated, being a Christian does not make you stupid! Companies such as this, make an already stressful and scary situation of losing your home, even worse by taking advantage of you.
