It was interesting reading the other reports (which were accurate) and reading the "managers " response. Judging by the Caps and the multiple threats of suing those who excercise their right to free speech shows an Amazonian leader who is not in control of her emotions nor is capable of a true management position. This company makes promises to real estate agents that their companies will be overwhelmed with referrals if they just pay a small fee. Not a very original idea. They promise unlimited appointments which by defintion is impossible. They promise unrealistic earnings to employees and if you take a look at their Facebook page have been too ashamed to post anything in a couple of years. Advice to ownership...
1. Fire the Amazon, she does not know how to manage people and is hurting your bottom line.
2. Loyalty is a wonderful attribute but when the hangers on start costing you money...time for fresh hires.
3. Make sure your management understands how to maintain an online reputation. The aggressive response on the last review shows a lack of judgement and professionalism. I'm pasting a copy of the amateurish respnse below.
All YOU have posted is a disgruntled ex employee so YOU would have NOTHING nice to say, mainly because they FIRED YOU! So YOUR post can only be given so much credibility. As such your post is practically NOTHING but hearsay with ZERO proof of ANY wrong doing on THIER part. If YOU supposedly have manager experience then YOU KNOW that what YOU have willingly done is defamation. Thankfully IF the company YOU have defamed chooses to they DO have the right to sue YOU for what YOU have posted. Maybe bring PROOF to the post or just dont post. Its YOUR take on working there and ONLY your take on working there. With ZERO proof of ANY wrong doing on THIER part YOUR post is just ammo THEY get to use against YOU in a civil event. If YOU dont think they can find out that it was YOU PERSONALLY who posted this then YOU would be sadly mistaken. With JUST a court order they can not only prove beyond ANY doubt that YOU wrote it, THEy can ALSO get ALL of the metadat YOU send out with each and every visit to ANY website.
Are the business owners paying attention to their online reputation?
I didn't work here long simply because I was let go for reasons beyond my comprehension. The leadership of this company is sketchy and weak. It felt as if I was working for a pyramid scheme though I wouldn't classify the business as such. There was a complete lack of leadership, no training, and I was actually happy the day I was fired. They lure potential employees in with the promise of making 55k a year. Once you begin working you discover it's the old bait and switch routine. Personally, I believe they were threatened by my experience in management and they didn't like the fact that I wasn't afraid of them. This is one of the only companies that I hope to see fail in their business. They've earned that place in my heart.
This is a company that could be successful if not for the "friendship" betwen the COO and (let's say she's really tan and the first two letters of her first name are Eb). What a shame, this is a company with so much potential but the constant interference in sales by the COO won't let this company grow. The COO fires anyone who gets a whiff of the impropeirty and for those that ask questions...she hints at the damage her correwctions oficer boyfriend will do.
