They overcharged me on a CPAP machine, Even after the insurance paid their small portion, I could of have bought it brand new for less on the internet. I called to complain and the lady on the phone told me it is a $3000 machine. It only costs $750 plus $150 for the humidifier on CPAP.com. I tried to work with them but got nowhere. I got my CPAP from them in August of 2014 but they did not bill me until December 2015. They could not even tell me why it took so long. The first bill they sent me in December of 2015 showed that the insurance was done paying in September 2014. Why did it take so long? I will also complain to my doctor not to recommend them and ask for alternatives.
