Me and my wife have got some appliances and electronics from Home Choice St.Cloud,MN. Because of an amputation I can no longer work. I called twice and talked to Danielle and told them that I was no longer able to pay to come get the stuff. I was told that they do not do returns and that they would give me a deferal for a couple of weeks I told her no. I called back a few days later she said we can come get the T.V. and laptop but you will meaning me be responsible for the rest I said if you can come and get those you can come and get it all. So I am now ready for their retalliation. Never buy from them They are a rip off thd their sales people do not know what they are doing. STAY AWAY

I applied for a loan for a 50" Vizio D50U with a black friday sale for $1299.00. Originally was $1,399.00. They charge $65 for delivery fee in the loan for next day delivery even though they had the tv in stock at this location. I had to pay $65 to cover the shipping fee up front if I wanted to take it home the same day and Andi "covers it up" by saying its going towards the loan and he said he refunded the shipping price of $65 off the loan. So I paid shipping to ship the TV home myself with my own truck? $65 bucks down the drain! The TV is priced on Vizios website for $529.00!!! Yes I was upset and tried to refund because it's a ripoff. Joe, the manager, says I bought the TV to watch football over the weekend and insisted me on giving him an answer, " You bought a new TV during black friday, that's why youre returning it. Why are you returning it? Why are you returning it? Why why why? I know why you bought the TV and wanted to return it; because you wanted to watch football and football is over so that's why you're returning it. Andi told me you bought the TV just to watch football." Trust me he really was this rude because I don't watch football and I even told Andii at the store!! I told him I don't watch football and used ONE swear word which I never do because I was upset! And he says,"Now who's the one being rude? You're the one using the F word here." He does not let me finish any of my sentences and disrupts with,"why" everytime. I dont mind them keeping the $50 down payment but I paid $65 dollars to cover shopping which I took it home by myself and wanted to know if I can get my $65 dollars back. I don't mind if they cannot refund it but Joe the Manager only cared about why I was returning instead trying to help explain. It's so much cheaper at other places! Even the manufacturing website is cheaper with shipping. He denies the TV being priced at $529.00 on the manufacturing website. Bad service! 2.5x over priced! Please do not come here...you are paying two times more then you should.

This company sells inferior products and includes an extended warranty into the price without telling you or you consenting to it. Then they will not repair the items sold when you request service. I have had to have my refrigerator serviced 3 times and the extended warranty was not honored. I have a glass top stove where one of the burners does not work, and was told they would need to take it and send it out of state for repair and I would be without a stove for at least 4 to 6 weeks. (This was at Christmas time !) How reasonable is that? Some warranty there! I purchased an item (cell phone) which I was told would work for me and my phone carrier. After weeks of calling the carrier, going to Best Buy to have the phone re-programmed, talking the the manufacturer more times then I can state and talking to Home Choice, (Home Choice had also swapped the phone for a new phone telling me it should be fine). The carrier finally figured out that this item was not compatible with their service and it would never work! So, Home Choice told me I could return the phone and be given credit on my account for all the payments just bring it into the store. When I got there, I was told I had to sign papers for voluntary repossession. I refused to do that. I repeatedly had to ask for proof that the payments were applied to my account for that phone. They have refused to give them to me. At this point I have no idea how much they have screwed up my account! They also do not provide receipts so you can personally track your own payments. I have repeatedly asked for my receipts since January 2016. I have been promised they would send them to me and have yet to receive them. I have requested them every 2 weeks. I told them I would not make another payment until I can verify my payments and what is outstanding on my account. The manager at the store and all of the others working there are nothing but rude, vulgar and nasty both in person and on the phone. I will never enter the store again and will not personally make a payment at the store. I am afraid to make any payments over the phone by credit or check card any longer because I am quite sure they would save that information and continue to take payments from my account that I would not have authorized. They continue to harass me. Calling my phone all hours of the day and night and coming out to my house. Last week while I was gone, only one of my grandchildren were home (and using the bathroom). They walked into my house. Uninvited. And left a please call note on my kitchen table. That's trespassing and breaking and entering! They have no right to enter my house. This company needs to be put out of business and charged! I am through dealing with these scum bags. I have a right to my payment receipts and a right to be provided an accounting to see exactly how the payments were applied. I have a right to be provided with information on exactly what is due in writing. I also have a right to not be harassed and threatened. And a right to my privacy and not have myself or any member of my family threatened or feel uncomfortable thinking these people can and will just walk into my home at any time.
