No discounts received no coupons received no travel 50% off received. Basically got nothing from this 'negative billing' company. I have attempted to cancel by phone 2x. They do not keep records accurately (how convenient) and refuse to acknowledge this. They continued to bill my VISA monthly for 2.5 years; I had to cancel my VISA account. Waiting to see whether they continue to bill the new account. They refused to send me accurate statements of my accout with them by email or phone. Mike and Dorothy both gave zero satisfaction in discussing this on phone. I have emailed them 5x today May 1 2018 in order to demand cancellation and reversal of all charges to my account. I may end up taking them to small claims court. Have filed with Ontario Consumer Protection (*gov't of ontario) and BBB but BBB can't go after in Quebec. How do I ensure that I am not billed for anything in future from this company? Suggestions? They seem to have a way around the VISA system as I have 2x changed card number to new card. Now cancelled actual VISA account to stop them. This is unconscionable. They send out post cards in mail stating "Gas Discount" $1.90 per month and promising 50% travel discounts. Nothing received. Over $600 they have billed my Visa in 2.5 years.How can I get this back from this company?
I bought another product and was talked into a trial of both HolidaySavingsOnline.ca and SavingsStoreOnline.ca. I found them to be very poor immediately so within 5 days I called and cancelled both. I continued to be billed $17.95/mo. for HolidaySavingsOnline. After two months, I scrambled to find a contact because I had thought I was done with these companies. After finding a phone number, I called and they say they have cancelled it. They will not credit me the $36 they have charged since I called to cancel before. I will never try free trials of anything again. Beware. I told them I would go online and report them, but they didn't care. They said go ahead. I hope this prevents someone else from getting stung.
A company by name holiday savings online has been deducting 16,95 Canadian dollars from my CIBC visa account for close to four years which I don't know, my bankers gave me their contact,when I contacted them they gave me the benefit and when I sent in my families flight receipt I was denied.I have sent like three times the same flight receipt which has been denied, so I called them to concell my services with them, but they are still deducting the money from my account.So I please want you to contact them to stop deducting from my account. thank you
