I checked in to the Holiday Inn West IHG, I authorized them to charge 2 nights, the rate was approximately $150.00 per. By the 2nd day I noticed multiple charges on my Credit Card, $700.00 plus, 450.00 plus, $250.00 plus. I needed to extend. I went to the front desk with screenshots of the charges and the total of the amount that I was charged.
After wasting 30min the woman at the front desk agreed with me and stated there was an error, she said she had to speak to someone, and that it would be corrected. I extended my stay an additional night after the Hotel representative agreed that the over charge would be corrected.
The following day due to my business matters I had to extend once again. Now aftera 3 night stay, and a rate of $150.00 per night, there were more charges on my credit card which totaled over $2,000.00. Now with a new representative at the front desk I had to go through the whole explanation / accounting again.
After approx 30min the 2nd representative agreed that there was an ERROR in the way I was billed. The woman extended the room with no additional charges but asked me to come and see her the following morning, it was that night that was the additional night that I had extended.
As per the Hotel employee requsted I went to the front desk at 9AM. That morning I gave her my notes on what they had charged tomy credit card and what the rate was. she updated my room key and asked me to come see her at noon.
Now I had probaly wasted 3hrs with their mistake, and I was extreamly tired because I had worked thru the night on the phone with overseas.
So I go back at Noon as requested, and was told that the accounting error would be corrected at that time. When I went back to the desk she called what was the Assitant Manger from the office behind the front desk. Out come this short dissholved (had a gote that looked like pubic hair) short (like 4'10") guy (Tresor Kabasha) in a cheap suit.
This nasty rude poor excuse for a manger refused to present me with a statement of charges, and told me I had 30min to pay him for the addional night in 30min or leave the Hotel. He also refused to see what I was charge be the hotel. Because I had business commitments and I had been working all night, I paid for an additional night.
The crap coming from this guy's mouth was like I was in the twilight zone, he was unbelievable. Whoever hired this Dirt-Bag has to be a moran and has no business being in the hospitality business. It may take time, buy I will get my money back+

BEWARE THIS HAS BEEN THE WORT HOTEL EXPERIENCE BY FAR THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, NO OTHERS EVER CAM CLOSE. Of course the Hotel industry is part of the hospitality industry, but I guess these unprofessional people at this Holiday Inn must not know what HOSPITALITY means.
