Holiday Fury hired me to design "ugly christmas sweaters" but despite selling most of the designs, I have yet to receive a single payment! They have ignored me for nearly a month and have blocked me on instagram and social media.

They consistently post photos of people wearing the sweaters I've designed for them. All those sales are ILLEGAL!

This company is shady, unprofessional, and unreliable! Do no trust them or their services!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOLIDAY FURY

Holidayfury states that they have items in stock explicitly on their website, and even has a little animation that shows the amount of items in stock shrinking as your time on the webpage elapses. They also have some ridiculous countdown clock that makes it seem like if you don't order soon, that your chance to buy the item will disappear.

In reality, they don't have anything in stock. They send out orders to some third party to deliver purchases at some future random date. They have no guarantees about anything including that you will ever receive your purchase.

I have been waiting for over three weeks for an item to even start the shipping process.

When you contact their online customer service chat option in their web store, they will not provide any help at all other than "I'm sorry", "it will ship soon", or "I understand your concern". They will not actually provide any specifics about your order, or when you can reasonably expect to receive it.

Their "support" email address is even less help, as I have not received a single response to four different emails that I have sent.

This company's business model is obviously to have as little as staff as possible to only be able to process payments and cash in on the seasonal nature of their market. They do not actually deliver any product in an acceptable amount of time.

Stay away. Amazon Prime has plenty of sweaters that are fully guaranteed and can get to you in two days or less. Learn from my fail.

I ordered a "Christmas Sweater" from holidayfury.com. However upon recieving said sweater I found that instead of a cable knit christmas sweater, it was a jersey like material with a sweater pattern printed on it. I was declined a refund and told that a refund wasn't possible because it was a "made-to-order" product.

The cuffs of the sweater also clearly do not match the pictures on their website.

I should've read these reviews before I bought, thankfully used amazon payments so i can get my money back if it gets too crazy...two weeks and you can't give me an estimated shipping date, clown show. nothing has changed in a year.

amazon refund

i'm in the exact same boat and i'm so pissed off that i didn't read any of the reviews before forking out 60 bucks for a sweater i would never get. i'm just curious but how do you go about getting your refund back from amazon? i used amazon payment as well and i can't seem to figure out how to get my money back through them. because i got the email back from holiday fury tonight IMMEDIATELY after asking for a refund, and they said that they had about 3 to 7 days to decide whether or not to approve of the refund. and i read somewhere that they only give out store credit for returns and whatnot. what kind of bullshit....

1 month and still nothing.

They are brutal. I ordered my sweater November 20th and still have yet to get a tracking number of any proof it was shipped. Christmas is 6 days away. I've "contacted" them multiple times only to get the exact same generic message. I called my credit card company and notified them of a credit card dispute.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS.

Horrible Experience With Scam Company!

I ordered 4 Christmas sweaters on November 23rd. I still have to get a confirmation of shipping, let alone my order. I'm writing this on Boxing Day! You have to give them credit - they are very prompt with sending a generic response e-mail every time I inquire about my order. I have received so many that are obviously automated responses just saying the same thing... What a joke! I am going to pursue getting a refund as they were purchased on my Visa card and they are usually good about scam companies. Do not order from this so called company! Totally unreliable!

I ordered a sweatshirt on the 22nd of November. I'm in the military and had a Christmas party I was trying to wear it to. I emailed multiple times of status and they said it was in production, every time. On the 15th I told them I wanted to cancel my order and just get a refund. Holiday fury is an awful company. A complete scam, I ordered two sweaters on Nov.17,2016 I would think my order would be out and shipped in max 7 days. I emailed them and got so many excuses what they are doing is so wrong it's the 23rd of Dec. and I still didn't receive anything. I wish I would have read they're reviews before ordering. And the people who have got their order say the sweater is nothing as adervertised. This company refuses to give refunds and is full of excuses!

I order two sweaters as Christmas presents on 11/26/16 and only after sending 12 emails was I informed they won't arrive by 12/25/16 (30 days later). My order number is 36083 and I paid for this order with a Visa card through Amazon Pay.

Your company markets ugly Christmas sweaters and you know your customers are purchasing these as Christmas gifts. Based on the hundreds of online complaints against your company, you knew you couldn't honor your shipping policy and guarantee your customers would receive their Christmas gifts 45-60 days later.

As a business you're required to inform your customers that you're 30+ days backlogged and will never be able to ship their presents before Christmas. You knowingly take money from your customers under a false advertisement that they'll receive them in time for Christmas. Then when your customers ask for a full refund you deny their request.

Your company is just a middle man and you outsource all of your work, only after you've received payment in full from your customers. Maybe you need to start investing in your business and stock your sweaters before the holidays instead of waiting till you receive your customers money through your shady false advertising practices.

I ordered two sweaters on 27-Nov-2016. I have still not received them and it's now 22-Dec-2016. I emailed repeatedly asking the status. The responses were very generic. I got a notice that my order was cancelled and put on a gift card, then when I asked about getting the money refunded to my credit card I was told that the sweaters were in production. Overall, very shady business practices. I would not recommend ordering from holidayfury.com. I will be disputing with my credit card company soon.

Nobody's more patient than me when it comes to shipping. I feel as its my duty right now to let you guys right know that my christmas sweaters are still not here. Ordered them on nov. 26 and they tried to give me 50% credit! so, i'm just letting you know they're from holiday fury, they had some really cool christmas sweaters, but obviously this "process" is very annoying. My husband said, "we're going to wearing them in january." yeah, i'll be wearing them next year.

terrible company

Ordered a sweater on 12/2 and it is now 12/16 with no sweater, emailed customer service 4 times before they responded and told me it takes 10 days to get the order ready and 3-5 for shipping but it has been 14 days and their response says it's still in production??? Website says they have them in stock. Do not order unless you have a couple months to wait. Not even sure if they will ship.

I purchased 4 sweaters from them in different sizes, they all came in the same size. The worst part are that non of them are actually knitted sweaters. They're all jersey fleece material. It's just a picture they printed onto a jersey essentially. The shipping also took over a month and they refused to give me a refund and couldn't even tell me when it would be shipped. The picture of sweaters at least LOOK like the print has a knitted pattern, but the actual product doesn't even have that. Huge scam. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Can I Negative Rate Holiday Fury

Well, I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing a sweater from Holiday Fury.

Everything that has been said is true! I ordered my sweater a month in advance for an event I needed, and to this day it still says the order status is 'unfulfilled', yet they had no issue taking my money. I do not know when my sweater will get here, but they refuse to return me my money.

It is over priced, and you will not get the product you requested. If there is a way to shut down this website someone please do it.

This is ridiculous that they are even still in business.

SCAM

I ordered a Christmas jumper around 22/11/2026 ready for a few party's over the festive period. They took my money straight away I probably payed way over the odds for the actual jumper and definitely delivery part. I give them the benefit of the doubt as I knew it would take a a while to process the order given its American and I'm from the Untied Kingdom. I contacted them 10 days later they said that my order was in production. A few days later I contacted them again they said it was in the final stages of production. Tuesday I recieved an email saying that my order had been shipped I asked them several questions about tracking the order and a realistic delivery date they couldn't give no tracking information or no specific delivery date. I've now recieved another e-mail stating that my order now is ready for shipping and has now left the factory this is ridiculous I do not expect to recieve my order by next week. I've even ordered the same type of jumper for £20 and the delivery date is expected today.

As Low As Low Gets.

They are scammers prepped with shoddy selfpreserving official rules that says "we take your money and we don't care and we do it so well we're back in business 2016 just so you know ". Not everyone will review sites and I hope it doesn't take being out of at least $50 to get here, but review this site as a general Google search and a Better Business Bureau site before anyone else loses time, money, and gets ignored by their customer disservice. My story is the same - lost real money to a sweater that I have yet to receive and couldn't wear it to a holiday party. Emails and Calls are as if I didn't send or place any at all based on my lack of valid responses. I just want my money back. No credit. When this hits the fan, I will be signing up for my $50 back.

They " send out in batches" is the only info you will get from them. I ordered 6 sweaters nov.1st i've received 4 and still waiting on two. Over 6 weeks later still waiting. Not to mention these are not sweaters! they are jersey sweatshirts made from some cheap brand called game gear. They literally look like a jersey for a video game shoot. If that even describes how non sweater these things are. All in all very unhappy with these guys

NEVER PURCHASE FROM HOLIDAY FURY

Never buy from this company. It is truly an overseas setup of some sort. They can't even answer my questions regarding WHEN it will ship. Any time a company doesn't use REAL names like "Miss Liberty", it is a foreign company. (I know because I've purchased goods from China/Asia in the past and they use fake names because we can't pronounce/spell their real names. I swore I would never order again. They did a phenomenal job masking the fact they are truly a front company for whoever is purchasing it.) In asking when my order was going to ship, they responded:

ME: "Please indicate when my order is shipping. I need this to arrive by Thursday December 15th this week. Please advise if we can expedite shipping because it was evident on the website when I ordered it. Please advise or I will need to cancel the order. Thank you."

RESPONSE: "Hello, Thank you for reaching us. Checking on our records, your order is on the final stage of production. Rest assured we will be sending an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order is ready for delivery. Thank you and have a nice day. -- Miss Liberty [email protected]"

ME: "Again, you did not answer my question. If  it will not arrive by Thursday Dec 16th, please cancel the order. I need the sweater for a company Christmas party that evening and will get one locally if it cannot arrive in time. Please advise WHEN the order will arrive. Thank you."

RESPONSE: "Hello, I'm really sorry about the delays. I completely understand how frustrated you are. I'm getting this handled for you right now. I have contacted our supplier to send a follow up in regards to your order, and will keep you updated until we have sent you the item. Again, our apologies for the delays, but I'm going to make sure that you will receive your package in the mail soon. Your patience is highly appreciated -- Miss Liberty [email protected]"

It is obvious if they cannot give you a ship date, then its pretty much going to be forever until you get it- if I get it. I'm going to call the CC company and see if I can report fraud because I never received the product.

I bought a Christmas sweater Novemver 12th for over 60 dollars. I still have not received it. Today is Dec 6th. I tried to cancel several times and they told me that I cannot:

"Sorry for the inconvenience but I cannot cancel your order since it is now in production. Please know that your orders are immediately sent out to production right after you checkout. Rest assured that we are currently working double time sending out batches of orders including yours and we are hoping that you may received it within this week."

That was over a week ago. I contacted them yesterday and they replied:

"We're finally shipping! All three of our factories are now back up and fully functional.We are ready started shipping out orders today. We are expected to complete all pending orders within this week or early next week. You will receive an email with shipping information soon. An ETA will be provided as soon as your package is already with USPS."

WHAT KIND OF GENERAL RESPONSE IS THIS? EARLY NEXT WEEK? TODAY IS SUNDAY. DOES THAT MEAN NEXT MONDAY? THE 14th-16th OF DECEMBER? THAT IS WHEN IT SHIPS??? IF I GET THIS SWEATER BY CHRISTMAS I WILL BE SURPRISED!

Ordered a holiday sweater on December 13, 2016. Did not receive an email confirmation or tracking number. Confirmation was a DM through Facebook. Hmmm. On January 4 I started correspondence with [email protected] as I still had not received my item or any email confirmation or tracking. BTW there are no phone numers or addresses on the website and nothing - not even the ability to post on their Facebook page.

I asked for them to refund my money, HA what a joke.

I have had weeks of back and forth with "support" from "your item is getting ready to ship" to "we have forwarded your request for refund to our refund department". Back and forth, same responses. Totally BS.

I called my bank and they cannot file a claim because I actually did authorize the purchase so it is not a fraudulent purchase, however the Holiday Fury company is committing fraud.

The best I can do is warn people never order fromt these people or any website that does not publish their phone and location contact information.

I never received a sweater after paying more than $60 for it. When I contacted them they told me to be on the lookout for it because people had been receiving their sweaters without shipping info even going out. I have emails to verify all of this. It never showed up to my home and after contacting the company they sent me shipment email more than a month after ordering it. 15 days have passed since that email and still no product. I sent them emails asking for a refund and they said that they couldn't refund me because the item was already shipped out, but I never received it and the tracking info has not been updated still today. This is ridiculous, never ordering from them again.

I ordered an "ugly Christmas sweater" from Holiday Fury on 11/3/16. The "sweater" arrived 11/26, only it wasn't a sweater. It was more like the material of a sports jersey with small holes in it. It was also not the size or the picture that I ordered. I contacted customer service right away with the issue. They said they were sorry for the mix up and they would send a replacement to me right away. Well, the replacement never came, so when I got closer to Christmas I emailed them and said just give me a refund. The customer service email just gave me a canned response that they passed my information on to the refund team.

I still never heard back from them so I emailed again and again and again and they keep saying the same thing "please be patient we have forwarded your info to the refund department". I asked for a phone number or email to the refund department so I could contact them directly and they told me there is no phone number. Now the company has taken down their Facebook page, and when you go to the website it says it will be back next year with no contact info other than the service email address that I've already been trying. I think this is a take the money and run scam operation. They marketed on a lot of popular Facebook pages during the holiday season, took the orders, sort of filled some of them and then shut down the site and run off with the money. I really hope they are held accountable. I am still emailing customer service daily and demanding my refund.

I contacted their customer service prior to purchasing a Christmas sweater due to their sizing chart. I usually wear a medium, however, according to their measurements, they advised me to buy a Large. When I received the sweatshirt it was nearly two sizes too big. It felt like an X-Large.

Since I paid over $50 for this shirt to wear to a Christmas party one time I contacted their customer service again. They initially told me that they would process a refund and that someone from their refunds team would contact me shortly. That never happened. I followed up with them again and this time they told me that this item is not eligable for a refund because they are supposedly made to order. When I told them that I ordered based off their sizing, they told me that is not a valid reason for a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs and if you do not want to wait over a month for your items. Funny how they have yet to post my negative review on their website..

Ordered on Nov 17th, 2016 it is now Jan 17th, 2017, and nothing. Only one email stating orders were taking longer than normal.I want my money back. I don't want the product as my Christmas party has gone and went.

They even sent PayPal a bogus shipping number saying they shipped it. They sent me an email saying they would refund my money. SCAM!

Ordered one of their ugly Christmas Sweaters for my son, 12/19/16 there was no rush shipping, should have been my first clue, but looked like a legitimate site, it is now 01/02/17 and still no product. Their page will provide you a phone number but clearly says they do not answer it, you can only leave a message, and they provide an email. Miss Liberty responds, an automated general delivery response, over and over, all it will say is that the tracking order # will be sent soon. This site is a total ripoff 60 bucks I am out, and my son never got a Christmas present. If you attempt to complain on their Facebook, they remove it, there is no reviews on their ordering site, consumer beware, they say they are in California, wondering if they are actually China. I would absolutely NOT order from this company, you will NOT receive a sweater.

I purchased an ugly christmas sweater at the beginning of dec. And I was expecting to receive my purchase before Christmas eve but did not. I understand it's the holiday season but be professional and prepare for these type of things. Long story short I did not receive my sweater on time. A Christmas sweater after Christmas?! That defeats the purpose. Today's date is 12/29/16 I woke up checked the ups tracker and they delivered my over price walmart sweater to the wrong location. Ordered a sweater from this company on Dec 1st. After the estimated shipping date passed I emailed for an update. "Your shirt is still in production, 3-5 more days". Waited the 5 days and emailed for an update. Their response "it is now in the shipping department, usually takes 3 days to get the tracking number". At this point I am emailing everyother day and getting generic responses. Still no sweater and they have told me to wait 3-5 days for me refund.

I ordered an ugly christmas sweater from Holiday Fury. It said they had 11 sweaters in stock which I thought odd, since below that it stated that every sweater is made to order. I paid with a debit card and the money was immediately taken out of my account. I ordered on dec. 5th and since I had not heard anything from them regarding my order, I made an inquiry into my order on dec. 15th. They assured me my order would ship soon and that they were just backed up bc every order is custom. On dec. 19th I emailed support trying to cancel my order since there was no way it would arrive by christmas. I was told since my sweater was made just for me that I could not cancel. It is now the 26th and still no word that my sweater has been made or shipped. I emailed support again this morning and have not received word back. I also checked several review sites and apparently everyone has had the same experience with this company.

On November 22, 2016 I ordered a crying jordan sweater from Holiday Fury online with my visa debit card. At the time of purchase I received several confirmation and welcome emails as well as a message on Facebook messenger. At this time I was asked if I had any questions with my order. I then asked about how long it usually takes to receive the sweaters. I was told part was production and part was shipping. But all together about 14-17 days. I emailed and facebook messaged several time for I was concerned about not receiving a tracking number. I was told very generic things about production. I said I would like to cancel this order for it wouldn't be here by Christmas and it is clear that it's not been shipped yet. At this time I was told cancelation can only be done in the first 24 hours. My response to [email protected] was that I was misled in the first 24 hours on when production and my product would be here so I could not have cancelled. Their team lied and scammed people and does not want to make things right. To be blunt this company is crap and I will continue to send my emails for a full refund and cancellation of the order.

Don't purchase from HolidayFury! Last year they took two months to ship me a sweater, I didn't receive it till after the holiday. Then I go dig it out of the closet this year and it's the wrong size. They send me an XXL when I ordered a medium. Now of course they won't exchange it because it's been over 60 days (again, it took them more than sixty days to get it to me).

I ordered a sweater from holidayfury.com on November 20. After two weeks, the order had not shipped and I was going to miss the only reason I ordered the item. I emailed their customer support since they don't monitor their phones. I asked to cancel the order. They responded and said they couldn't cancel due to several orders being sent to production. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was initially credited for the item, but then told I was being rebilled. The item arrived a couple of days prior to Christmas. Its an absolutely horrible material and way too small. I ordered a 2XL and the sweater does not fit my dad who wears large.

I contacted holidayfury on the day the sweater arrived stating that I need to return it due to being much too small. I have not heard back. I have sent a follow up email and submitted further information to my credit card company in dispute of these charges. Stay away from this company. holidayfury.com has very poor quality and do not back up their product.

When u email them it's a different problem every time. They will not return ur money nor do they care. If u order from them they get ur money and u get jack s***. This company is terrible.

I ordered a sweater November 15th and almost a month later do not even have a tracking number. The original information was 7-10 days processing and 3-5 days shipping. However,They are an unorganized joke.

I have contacted them multiple times and their "customer service" is barely that. I receive generic emails on a bs reason to why my sweaters have not shipped. They didn't even care enough to look into my account. It felt computer generated with how pathetic the responses were.

They are still actively selling with a "warehouse that is down". It is the holiday season and they have taken full advantage of those that were looking for a unique sweater by promising good quality and an understandable turn around with lies and a headache. Never have I been so frustrated with a company and their complete bulls*** excuses.

Do not purchase from them unless you like excuses and spending money with nothing to show for it.

I ordered a sweater on 11-21-15 and have still not received it. I have tracked it and it still says "in production". I emailed them looking for an update and got a very generic email back saying one of the three plants was shut down and is finally back up and running, the same message I have read from other posters. I then tried sending another email and have not gotten a response in a week. I will be going to my bank today to dispute the charges.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I purchased two sweaters. They were made in Mexico and not consistent with the standard sizes – they were WAY too small. I sent them an email to return them and they told me that I couldn’t return them. So now I’m stuck with two over-priced sweaters that are 2 sizes too small.
