I used their services when I had pictures taken at Studio One To One photograpy in The Woodlands Texas.
The last time I had pictures taken there was either March or April of 2015. I thought that I had canceled the Hold My Memories account at that time.
My husband handles our finances, so I figured it was canceled and didn't think anymore of it.
Well, I checked our bank account the other day to look at something else, and I noticed that they were STILL taking money from my accout. They owe me around $400!!!
I tried emailing the company, but it doesn't look like the Hold My Memories site is still active. They still have their website up, but I could not log in, and none of the numbers or email addresses work.
UGH-I'm so upset that they are STEALING from me!!! It looks like their FB page is down, too. The Studio One to One Photography studios have all shut down, so there's nowhere for me to use the money that they have been stealing from me!
