I placed an order for three dresses on April 25, 2021 on the Holapick web site for $80.97. I received a shipping notice for the second dress in the order on May 4, 2021. I finally received the package on 5/26/21, but it contained a different dress from what I ordered. I received a package that was supposed to be the third dress in my order on 6/5/21. It was also not the dress I ordered. Neither 'wrong dress' was anything like the dresses I ordered. I have one last dress shipping notice. I have no confidence that it will be a dress that I ordered.
I have notified the Holapick customer service each time I received the wrong dress. I also requested a full refund. They only tell me to be patient and have offered nominal 'credit' to use on a future purchase from their web site. This strikes me as a 'bait and switch' business model. The dresses they send out are nothing like what was ordered and seem to be of less quality.
I purchased three tops totaling over $77. I followed their sizing guidelines, and ordered two tops one size larger and the other one two times larger, and they were all too small. Also cheap material. I returned them promptly via UPS to the address listed on the envelope. They pretend to be an American company, but the address is apparently the distribution warehouse for their cheap Chinese clothing.
They refuse to refund my monies, stating I have to get the clothing back from their distribution center and send it to another address, which they have not disclosed, and then they will only refund half.
I had purchased $234. dollars in clothing from their Website. When I did receive the items they were defectived, misspelled saying's on shirt. (CHINA) The clothes had an awful smell on them. (FISHY- CHINA).
Also, several items where not shipped and never shipped!!! But, I was charged for the clothes.
I requested a return and refund on 4 occasions and nver got a response. I contacted my CC company and they removed the charges and filed a charge back to the company.
As of today that Company has reissued the Rebill of the charges to my Credit Card again!!!
The clothes I did receive are garbage. GOODWILL has a better selection! Never again!

Took a long time to get when i did get it everything was wrong.Sent me 3 of the same thing. left out 3 of the items i ordered. Won't answer my emails anymore . Won't send me a return authorization or address. Charged me twice for the same order.Have read several reports with the same problem.Very shady outfit.
