I made a purchase on 4-6-2017 for 3 items in the amount of $95.80. I was charged four (4) times for the purchase for a total of $383.20. I made an online purchase on 4-6-2017 for three (3) items in the amount of $95.80. I was charged four (4) times for the purchase for a total of $383.20 (I was unaware at the time). I went grocery shopping that night and the purchase was declined due to non-sufficient funds, which we thought was odd. I logged into my bank account and discovered that we were charged four times the purchase amount. ALL four charges were "pending" at the time. That night at midnight, I had 2 prior purchases post to my account. I was charged $34.00 for each transaction for a total of $68. The next day I called Holabird Sports and spoke with Jason Xxxx. I explained what had happened and he said I must have hit "submit" four times. This absolutely did NOT happen as I am very proficient with computers and have been shopping online for 15+ years. Plus, I don't think it is even possible to hit it four times because when you submit it once, it goes to "processing transaction" and you can't do anything until the transaction is complete. I have been well aware of the "don't hit the back button" and "don't click on anything" rule of thumb when purchasing things online for many years. He advised me that the other 3 "pending" transactions would fall off, which they did by Monday, April 10th at midnight. I advised him of the NSF fees and he advised me that he would pass along the information to Debbie Xxxxxxx, the Office Manager. I was supposed to receive a call or email from one of them on Saturday, April 8th. The call never came and I was never contacted. I have also emailed them through their website and again, no response at all. I would like the NSF fees in the amount of $68 reimbursed to me as this was NOT my fault and there should be some safeguards in place to prevent things like this from happening through their website. It was a major inconvenience as we were not able to pay any of our bills or do any shopping for 4+ days due to their mistake. Thank you
