I took a trip that started on Sunday, March 13th ended on Saturday, March 19th but there is a mysterious charge of over $301 on my debit card which is still pending from Hilton. I have not received a refund of the charge and it is still pending. I have sent two letters to Hilton corporate because the phone lines are usually too busy.
I have not received a response or so much as a courtesy call. I am beyond frustrated and want a full refund of the trip since no one wants to acknowledge the fact that I have a complaint. I will not be using the Hilton brand in the future so points or vouchers or coupons or not accepted.
Terminal 55547502. I checked in at the Hilton Garden Inn and was told by the front desk clerks that I would have to pay an additional deposit of $85.00 each night. I didn't use any extras. I was told I would receive my deposits back between 3 and 5 business days. I never did.
I called the hotel several times, they said they released the money to my Cash app card $MyCatSheena. I never received it. Hilton Hotel Secrets at Lulu bookstore exposed the attack that happened at the Hilton Hotel.
We booked Hilton Garden Inn for a 2 night stay in Gainenville Florida for an upcoming football game that weekend. I called to find out the policy for cancellation for a pending Hurricane. Hilton Garden Inn's policy is to take your full payment as a deposit and keep it regardless of a natural disaster. Hilton Gardens inn is a greedy company and deserves to be know as an opportunist. Save your money and dont do business with this company......
Hilton Garden Inn fraudulently billed my debit card for my long-term visit to their hotel even though I paid cash. I was billed twice per night for for the entire duration of my stay and, thus far, they have refused to refund my money. In addition, Priceline.com billed me for 4 nights of my visit, even though I paid cash directly to the hotel. After repeated conversations both with Priceline customer service and Hilton Garden Inn manager Jon Schorr, I have not received a penny of the refund that I am owed due to their fraud. I made the initial reservation via Priceline ca. April, 2016. I checked into the hotel and paid cash. I have all of my cash receipts. As is customary practice, the hotel requested a debit or credit card for "incidentals." I complied. I stayed at this hotel approximately five (5) weeks. Within days I noticed discrepancies in my account. I made inquiries at the front desk and I was repeatedly assured that things would be "taken care of." That did not happen. In about a week I noticed the same situation with Priceline. I called Priceline, receiving similar assurances, but, again, no action was taken. I cancelled the debit card in question and received a new card but the fraudulent double-billing continued. I have called manager Schorr repeatedly and asked for my refund and gotten nothing but double-talk, evasions and excuses. The same situation obtains with Priceline. I recommend that you NOT stay at this hotel. Obviously, to get the refund that I am owed due to this blatant fraud, I will have to obtain legal assistance.
