Signed up for health insurance with them and when I asked if it was Obamacare they lied and said it was. It was not Obamacare, it was an indemnity plan. I also asked why there were seperate charges and they said it was all included in the total price, but really they just added dental vision and prescription plan but that was all a discount plan, NOT REAL INSURANCE. And the IHC they signed me for didn't pay for doctor visits and gave me 200$ when I went to the hospital, how is that supposed to help me?

DO NOT BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF END OF STORY.

I truly work for the Federal Market place CSR's do not make outbound calls. Now if something needs major fixing someone from a totally different department will call you back. This shit is a scam. I've let them know. If you receive calls from them hang up, do not give them your money. Second more report it to the IRS if they get enough reports they can do Something. I had went to healthcare.gov to find health insurance since i was coming off of my stepdads. On there it showed me different quotes and I'm guesses this highland health care place got my number from there and promptly called me. They put the nicest lady to call and tell you all about what you're getting and give you affordable health insurance. This was on the 23rd of august. She said i would get paperwork in the mail to read over and that i would get emailed my insurance cards right away, they also offered a 10 day money back. Here i am on september 12th with no paperwork in the mail, no emailed insurance cards, not one form of statement saying i had even talked to these people. I called them today telling them i want my money back since they already had taken out 66.61 out of my checking account. The customer service specialist they transferred me to sounded nothing less than a tired man who wanted nothing more than to give people trouble. I said listen i have nothing to prove i have health insurance so i want my money back and i want to cancel, he then tried to give me another number to call to cancel after telling me I don't qualift for the ten day money back and when i did it was a number for a survey! After i completed it it then cut me off and told me I can't make the call in my area. As a student i am seriously pissed off that these people can take hard earned money off of you so easily and refuse to give it back.
