Do not do any work with this person. He works under multiple companies as a home inspector, Property manager, contractor for rehab and home improvements. he is a complete fraud.

He has been putting his own utilities in my companies name without my permission.
he was managing my rental properties, rent was always hard to get from him, not he owes me several thousands of dollars in rent he has collected and not passed on.
He has had his phone disconnected, is not returning emails and appears to have gone underground.
I know of several other people he has done the same too. Avoid working with him at all costs
