I signed up for the high rollers program after they persued me. They added me on facebook, messaged me, added me to their 'IPS' group. I inquired about a phone consultation to find out more information and was put in contact with Kenny. While on the phone with Kenny I mentioned I needed help with marketing, advertising..website..ect. I was told the program would be great for me that is what they do. He assured me everyone has great results. I was a little hesitant because the price for the program is $4600. He went on to say its a risk free course because it is guaranteed.
He proceeded to take my card over the phone. There was no information emailed to me with contract, terms or agreement. I don't think too much of it until I start the course and realize the information they are teaching is not updated. The walk through of websites were not up to date. I reached out initially and had no response. I let it go and proceeded to check their facebook group for updates. Appartently farther down in the course you can view the updated information. Some of the information in the original program is not updated.
You would not know this until following through the steps. I continue with the program and quickly realize all of the 'extras' the recommend are not included in the course. They recommend certain website structure (which you can buy for $1000), they recommend certain martketing programs, calendars, apps..etc. This was not in the information that was verbally provided. When you take an education course you are informed of any 'additional tools' you will need to proceed with the course workflow. The approximate recommendation of extras is about $300 per month.
This does not include the paid advertising you will have to do as well. I reach out in an email & receive no response. I reach out to Jenn who did immediately respond. She put me in contact with Humberto since majority of my issues were marketing related. Humberto realized the email I initially contacted was not their current email. He answered some of my questions, however, at this point I had already reached out to others for this information which is where I realized the program did not have all the tools provided to follow their 'marketing plan'. I explain to Humberto my ads are being flagged & he reviews my website.
He let me know I may need to change my images so it does not get flagged. I sent him a screen shot of similar images on the website they advertise and he told me that it really is all just a 'chance.' Facebook make approve stuff for one person but will flag it for another. I let that information set it and posted another question in the facebook group. I followed their guidelines of 'what is appropriate for a facebook ad and what to post and not to post'. My ads kept getting flagged.
I followed their direction of 'keep trying and submitting just doing different variations, changing images..etc'. This resulted in my facebook ads being disabled completely. To the extent of my bank account being flagged for fraud/scam. I send an email to the support of the program explaining I do not feel the program is for me. I am experiencing all of these issues. I've attempted their recommendation and have had no success & it actually resulted negatively for me. I provided screen shots that I do not feel confident in a marketing program that tells me marketing is up to 'chance' they cannot control facebook or what is approved.
If you run a program stating you target/market for google & facebook I do anticipate that what you are teaching would be updated and relevant. Not teaching me things that have a 'chance' of working. My email stated the program just is not a good fit for me and I am requesting a refund since the course was a guaranteed course. Humberto reached out to me via FB messanger. This was after he informed me fb messanger is not a form of communication for them and that I should post things in the group or via email. I respected that which is why I communicated my frustation via email.
He told me that my email and screen shots did not accurately represent our full conversation. However, they did. They stated EXACTLY what he said to me in a personal facebook message. He then proceed to tell me the program is only guaranteed after 8 weeks and seeing ads etc. I explained I was disabled so I do not have access to anything. He proceed to go in to the facebook group where I posed my other question & leave a comment on it as if the information is now valuable and I'm assuming to cover his @*$ about not responding initially. He went on to (again) explain how this works for everyone.
I provided him with information there are others in the program experiencing the same frustrations. He blew that off and continued to send messages about what I needed to do & steps I need to take. At this point I had already contacted them because of their LACK of action regarding my previous issues. The messages became a rehearsed memo stating they resolve calls on their lives, that they need to review my account, that their trainings show what consistently works. All of this WOULD have been fine except for the fact its several weeks in to the course with the SAME lack of involvement until I went to the support email for resolution.
His overall messages were demeaning and weirdly aggressive. Previously I was informed additional assistance can be scheduled for a fee or I can be active in their lives for more info. Along with the lack of support, tools and guidance the program is presented as how you can build your business. The modules say things like 'this is how i teach my daughter so I'm not going to explain it ..you can google it'. If you do not understand something its recommended to 'outsource it'. Which is not how they display the success of the business. They do not inform you that the editing, marketing, ads are all outsourced out to others. Jenn teaches about sales & photography, however I did not experience that portion because I never made it past the issues with marketing.
I tried to google the course and realized there is no 'business page' for review. If you check facebook you will see the limited comments. The people in the program that are successful it is displayed as how well they are doing. However, again, it is not stated they outsource marketing or pay someone else to do their ads (aka what the program is supposed to teach you). They also state in the group you cannot be negative and remove you if you disagree. The 'exclusive' group that is ONLY for program members is actually filled with misc people. I personally know 10 in the group who have not taken the course.
They are 'marketers, vendors..& help with bringing people to the program or doing phone consults..etc'. So they have never taken the course themselves even though the group SPECIFICALLY states its ONLY for members of the program. The tactics are like an MLM pyramid. 'Hire people to be active in your group so others want to be active to.' 'Add them on facebook & send them a message, comment on their posts. etc. The 'marketing' they offer is not only out of date but when you inform them there is a flaw in their system you instantly receive backlash. My experience with Jenn was different then Humberto. Jenn resolved issues quickly, non accusatory, resourceful. She seems to genuinely be interested in open/honest feedback. She is the face to the brand which is great but also not really accurate when it comes to dealing with issues.
I reached out to her twice an she did get me resolution right away. However both times resulted in me being forwarded to Humberto, which never did me ANY good. My issues went unresolved because he spends so much time sneding information about 'why his way is right' rather than asking what he can do to help or better improve the learning process. The email I sent was geuine and was the most respectful way of stating this program is not what was advertised to me and his first reaction was to immediately message me stating my email did not accurately represent our conversation.
Rather than a professional email with genuine questions or concerns regarding my experience it was immediately what I needed to do better, how to participate better, how to improve my ads..etc. Which, at that point was no longer releveant because I had lost all faith in the 'program'. Overall, the program to teach 'marketing' failed to actually do that. I provided proof I was disabled and could not send any copies of my ads and he still proceeded to tell me thats what I needed to send and I needed to jump through continuous hoops to 'prove' my experience.
I could provide all the screen shots in the world of other memebers posting the same complaints. Their ads flagged, their marketing not bringing leads..etc. Its impossible to resolve a situation where you physically do not have access to what they are requesting. When you further explain the reason why is a result of what they taught you and you are met with 'well we dont control facebook', it is VERY clear they refuse to take accountability. I have zero issue with stating I am not tech or marketing savvy but when I pay $4600 to be taught those exact techniques and it issues continuously go unresolved it is not a lack of knowlege it is a lack of teaching and caring.
