High Line Pointe is a DANGEROUS COMMUNITY - Don't Move Here, Unless You're a Skeez
I want to note that many reviews are paid reviews or reviews the office asked their friends to provide
Lots of major issues with this building, the biggest being ineffectiveness of the property manager, Adeline. She seems more concerned with happy hour than the basics of managing the property.
Building security is bad. Since we've been here, others cars have been broken into, multiple times, chained bikes stolen, among other things. But, our door was kicked in by a would be burglar (fortunately scared off by our dog barking). Since the building requires a key fob to get in, you may ask yourself, how did they get to your door? Well, someone is, on a daily basis, "rigging" the garage door and stairwell doors open, making it easy for non-residents to access the building. Additionally, there are no cameras in the hallways or stairwells, only the main lobby. We've asked this to be addressed. Adeline IGNORED our phone calls & emails.
That's bad, but let's talk about drugs, prostitutes, and DOG URINE. The guy that lived above us for the first year here, was a convicted felon.
If you thought Anna was bad, lol, Adeline Bababikov is disgusting. She actually sneers her lip when she talks.
Kidding aside, I just moved out, 99% because the management is so incompetent. Trash shoot issues seemed non-stop. Mgmt wouldn’t even call me back and I called 4_5 times over 6 months. But the thing that bugged me most is that no one would acknowledge me when I walked in the office. Wtf
For $2800 in any of the real “luxury” buildings, you at least get someone thy pretends to like you. Now I’m not saying it’s the reason, but being a Hispanic male, there is one thing that comes to mind...
