I ordered this product off of the internet. Actually for a friend and they said because it was supposed to be sent to a different address than the billing address it went to their fraud department for further investigation. They also told me that my refund would be made that day. So I called and talked to someone at the 800 number and she told me if I used the same address as my billing it would go through, so I decided to try it again and use the same address. I got the same email about the fraud and that the refund would be back that day. Guess what (still no refund). This place is a big rip off do not order it you will get nothing from them... It's absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
