I purchased a $750 prom dress from Henri's. When we went to pick it up, there was a rip in the lace. Not on the bottom, but right on the boob where you can see it. This dress had crystals all over in floral type patterns. They decided to FIX it by placing a crappy, dull crystal over the top of it. When I told the guy at the desk I wasn't happy with it, he got a "Manager" who said he would have them put a better quality crystal on it. When he brought it back, he thought it looked great. I Did not! I did not pay for a flawed dress. I paid for a NEW dress!! It wasn't discounted at all and I was very unhappy.
I called the main office thinking I could speak to someone that would care, but no, they sent me back to the same store and I got the "Store Manager, Maria". She wanted me to bring the dress down to see what she could do. I thought about it, but she was certainly not going to do what I thought she should do. I wanted some money back, since it wasn't a new dress I was buying and it was defective. BUT NO, they make you sign things and you cannot return anything you buy there. There are circumstances that they should make allowances for. I told them several times I was not happy with the resolution, but they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I wanted money back. Heck, every store you go to discounts damaged or flawed product. Why would they not? I don't know, but guess I will have to educate all of my friends and my daughters friends about their policies and rudeness.
All they needed to do to make me, a 5 time customer, happy was to refund a portion of the purchase price. I can't even sell it now due to the poor quality and awful repair!
