Let me just start by saying that I thought this company was legit until I spoke with the owner Joe, and all I got from him was lies.
I placed a $260 order, and I purchased several CBD products and a battery, and some new cartridges that were called Delta-8, so i purchased 3 of them for $90, after doing some research, I asked to cancel them as they were the same as CBD.
And this was my response to them "I thought is was more of a marijauana product, but everything I read it is the same as CBD and I have dozens of those cartridges.
But, yes. please ship the rest of my order." So then the owner replied back and this is his exact message "It gets you high as f#@k it’s not cbd as all" (I had to add symbols to his F word). Then he goes on to send this message "You should keep the carts and cancel the rest of your order if anything. DELTA 8 THC is THC" So, now he is telling me that all there CBD products are garbage and I should only buy the Delta-8, Then the owner Joe sends me this message "If you don’t want to get high then I would cancel the carts.
How about you try them risk free.
If you don’t want them I’ll send you a return postage label and you can send the other back... for a full refund fair enough? So, I finally agreed to try them once he sent me this message " You can return whatever you like I promise. Thank you for trying them out." Okay, so now I received my package, and the battery was completely dead and would not charge. I contacted the company and told them they sent me a defective battery, and I was told that I would need to pay to ship it back and I would be educted a 20% restocking fee for returning a bad battery.
They refused to do anything to fix it without me paying more than the battery was worth to send it back and my deduction, I then told them that I want to return thr Delta-8 cartridges, and told them that the owner Joe already told me I could return tham and he would send a return label, this was 3 days ago, I waited to see if they would vcontact me to fix this but nothing at all, not even a email. Oh, and by the way, here is a mesage from ne of Joes employees "Delta 8 THC is an isomer of CBD and another cannabinoid found in hemp and hemp extracts.
While Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC have similar names, they are distinctly different compounds with distinctly different characteristics, and there are clear-cut reasons why delta 8 THC was made fully federally legal by H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 and delta 9 THC was limited to a maximum content of 0.3%." The owner lies to everyone just to make a sale, ther eword is no good as all they do is lie, they refuse to fix a broken item they sent. It is just ridicolous how this company treats customers. ther are mant better places that really care about the customer, stay away for liars and thieves.
