I purchased two rings a wedding band and engagement ring from Helzberg diamonds. They were offering an 18 month no interest. The first ring was purchased in jan of 21 the second was June of 21 the interest free was for both purchases the first purchase was 18 months the second was 6 months.

I had an outstanding balance last month of about 160. I received a bill for 1253 today stating they are charging interest from day one because there was an existing balance. So my bill went from under 200 to 1253 on a technicality.

I called them and they said there is nothing they can do. This is a robbery what they are trying to do to me, infact when i purchased t he rings i was going to pay cash for the rings and they pushed heavily on using their interest free credit card it is very obvious why they did this.

The origional purchase on jan of 21 would have been paid off several months before the final date. The second purchase if i am to be charge anything it should be on that purchase not the first. This is a terrible buisness practice to do this to a good paying loyal customer to be told theres nothing they can do because i missed the grace period by a few weeks.

I bought a ring for my son who is going to the Army girlfriend (a engagement ring) after purchasing they broke up before he proposed. I went back to the store the following day a woman manager said the return was not possible. I called the next day for head manager said no refund because ring was sized.

I called corporate same thing no refund because ring was sized. I now have a ring of no use. I dont want to ask my son to pay because he is under stress with the Army. I have receipt it says 30 days no hassel return. It was only 3 days. Who buys a ring without sizing? Im stuck and this company sucks

My wife and I about to celebrate our 5 years annivary. I want to surprise her by upgrading her diamond ring I bought at Helzber Diamond 5 years ago at Perimeter Mall, Atlanta, GA location. I was young and of course can't afford an expensive ring for her but I made a promise that one day I will get her a better ring with bigger dimond. Well that day is here...

After 5 years, I went back to Helzberg Diamond to upgrade to one I bought. I talked to sale rep and bought diamond ring worth $$$$. I was super excited and even paid an extra $50 to have it today otherwise I have to wait one whole week. So I got the ring and suprised her at our anniversary dinner. My wife was super super happy with the ring but it needs sizing.

I went back to Helzberg Diamond next day for sizing and they told me that it would cost additional $$ to add the beads for her finger size. My wife doesn't want to add the beads cause it makes the ring looks ugly. The sale rep told us that they can send in to custom made the ring for smaller size for my wife finger but it will take 6-8 weeks. We agreed to the terms and decided to wait for custom ring. Sale rep will call once new ring arrived, so we waited and waited and waited...

After 6 weeks, I called in Helzberg Daimond Perimeter Mall, Atlanta, GA to check on the status of the ring. First of all the manager can't even find my record and she says she will calls me back at 1pm. No word from the store manager so I called back again at 4pm just to find out my order in their system lack of descriptions of what exactly needed for the ring. The store manager has no idea about the status of my order. She then told that the jeweler passed away recently...I think. With that knowledge they never bothered to call me or my wife for 6 whole weeks or 8 weeks or never because my order lack of details so no one actually know what's going on. If I haven't called, they would never call me for status update.

Within that 6 weeks, my wife and I talked a lot how the ring is going to turn out. We have high hope after 5 years of waiting so we thought we can wait another 6-8 more weeks. No big deal since I'm long term customer with Helzberg Daimond. I'm sure they won't let us down.

It broke our hearts when they told us we can't have ring. They didn't even to bother to call or try different jeweler within those 6 weeks and left us hanging with high hope. This is a great example how sale rep don't give a sh*t about you. I didn't expect Helzberg Daimond falls into this category with such a horrible customer service. This is a new low for them. They will not see my face there again.

I purchased a preowned Rolex from The Woodlands, TX location for approximately $11,000. The next day I researched the watch I bought and found that I had paid $4000-5000 more than the watch is worth on the market. I tried to return the watch and I was told that the preowned Rolex selection is sales final. I read every advertisement verbage in the store and no where does it state that. I was then told by Kimberly H. that it is like buying a car and there are no returns. I was given different payment options but not allowed to return the watch.

I am stuck with an $11,000 watch that can be bought for thousands less. Also, the authenticity card given to me stated the watch was a 2013 model when it was actually a 2006-2007 model. I was denied return or refund by multiple employees with no documentation to prove that. The stated return policy states that watches have a 30 day unworn return policy. I tried to return it 2 days after the purchase. I am now stuck with a watch not worth what I paid. I was cordial and worked with the same employees that sold me the watch which none of whom abided by the advertised watch return policy.
