Sandy Harmon Schlappe charged me for work that was not done. She charges for Transaction Management of real estate files BEFORE they close. All other TC's charge after the closing. She does this b/c she does not follow through, misses critical deadlines, and has unexperienced help processing files at minimum wage that know NOTHING about real estate.
My clients were frustrated, the mortgage company was angry by them and title was confused. Her office caused MANY problems - not solutions for me and my clients. DO NOT HIRE HER! The fact that she charges upfront is warning sign I should have seen! When I asked for a refund for files she did not work on she refused. She claims she is religous so she can scam as many people as possible.
