I did have one positive expereince with them before this situation.
I ordered 3 helium hotspots on February 7th, and was told they were in stock. Immediately after ordering, I was told they wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks. Didn't end up actually shipping until 3 weeks later. They charge almost double what other vendors do for the "Fast shipping" and then don't deliver.
But once I got my order the real issues started. Went to set up the first miner and it simply does not work. Contact them and they send me the instructions I already had and offer no further help. The device will not connect to the internet, and will not connect to Bluetooth to diagnose.
I have followed the guides, reached out to support, done everything I can but simply don't have the time to fix something I just paid over $900 for that should be working. So I contact them for a return two weeks ago on March 10th asking to return or exchange all three devices. For two weeks I have been told they will contact me but they never do.
I offered many opportunities to resolve the situation but after two weeks I have to move on and accept that these guys are just shady scammers that don't stand behind the products they sell. Stay far away and don't be fooled into working with them like I was.
