I purched a puppy from BK Heelers on August 29th, 2017. I seen the advertisment for her on facebook. The price was $1850 inclucing $300 to ship her to Baton Rouge Louisiana from Texas.
On Septemeber 1st we recived the puppy via airplaine.
We texted them saying we recived her also asking when will we get her pappers and what food is she on. We recived olny her in a kennal nothing eles.
On September 1st they responded "It should be a few days she is on diamond puppy food".
On September 8th we asked about the papers again.
On September 14th we asked about the papers agian.
On September 19th we asked about the papers again.
On Septembetr 19th they responded, " I will be in my office the next few days and get everyting sorted out and make sure they are on their way".
On September 28th we asked about the papers again.
On October 4, 2017 we asked aboiut the papers again.
On Octobetr 4th they responded, " You have not returned the purchase contract once youi do your request can be purchased".
On October 4th we responded, " What purchase contract are you takining about??? And why havent you said something about it the five other times I contacted you about her papers since September 1st. Now tell me something what is the process after I fill out the "purchase contract" and what does that have to do with her pedigree papers!!??!!
On Ocotober 4th they responded, "please send all corresponding via [email protected]".
On October 16th we asked about the papers via email. We told them we did not want to have to take this any further but we wanted the papers.
On October 16th they respoinded via email, "you have not returned the purchase contract until we get that back we can not send anything".
On October 17th the responed via email with a puppy contract and said,"Our website says that we have an agreement that needs to be signed if you have not recieved it here it is. Please print and scan back".
On October 17th we responded via email with,"We have asked six times about the papers for the blue heeler puppy we paid for since Septeber 1st. We have been lied too and we simply want a straight answer. Someone from you organizaton told us we did not return the "purchase agreement". We never rececived a "purchase agreement" and never knew of such agreement. Today I recieed a client and pet information sheet. This is the first time I have laid eys on this paper. I would NOT have paid 1450.00 for a dog that has no breeding rights!!! This client and pet information is something we should of recieved before mony was given or taken for the dog. Either we have breeding rights or the puppy will be returned at you cost with a full refund given".
On October 18th they respoinded via email,"You picked your puppy off our website (which I did not) with purchase policies you had access to and if you intended to breed you shouild have brought that up. If you want full registration it is an addtional $800. You indicated that you were looking for a pet nothing more. Our website also states all payments are nonrefundable".
These people are liars and they are scamming people. So please do not buy a puppy from these people. They only want to get more money from people with this scam. They lied because we never told them we wanted the puppy for a pet.
After we gave Jessica our $400 she said she needed payment in full by 6 weeks to hold the dog which we weren't completely comfortable with. She would not wait for us to pick up the dog so she sold it to someone else.
She has not refunded our deposit either. After doing more research we found that she operates under a few different business names which makes her look even more unreputable. Do not buy a dog from her, I reported her to the business bureau.
