This SHADY operation does not deserve a star. This is the WORST appliance repair service in Queens Ny Possibly
the worst in all of New York.They are DECEITFUL, UNSCRUBLOUS, UNRELIABLE & VERY SHADY. I always use
LATE APPLIANCE REPAIR, who is one of the best appliance repair places in Queens NY Unfortunately I had a problem
with my dryer. I called the number, they rarely pick up the phone. They scan the phone numbers to decide if they like the call.
Finally a "Micro Intelligent woman" answers the phone and says " I will call you back in 2 hours" she will then take down your
address and send down a "Technician" or so they say, He comes to your house tells you what part you need and gives you a high
price. In my case it was $200.00 . He then asked for a $100.00 deposit and he said I will be back in 1 week with the part. This has
been dragging on and on. They never call you with an update. It is a cat and mouse game. They do not have any intentions of
coming back to fix the part. Folks this you hard earned money do not get taken the way I did. Once you give them a deposit, you will
never see them again. This operation has been reported ti the Attorneys Generals office, Department of Consumer Affairs and The Better Business Bureau.p
This service should be avoided at all costs. They are incompetent - not only did they NOT repair the dryer, but rendered it unusuable - and they are unscrupulous (we came to an agreement whereby they would return payment in exchange for a lesser amount, but went ahead and cashed the first check). AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!
