I ordered a wedding dress from this fraudulent company (of course didn't know at the time) on April 10th. When I ordered the dress, the website said that the dress will be delivered by the 3rd of May and I placed the order on April 10th based on that.
Their website specifically said says that the dress will be tailored and delivered within a month and I placed my order based on that. My wedding is on the 30th of May and I am leaving the country for my destination wedding on the 15th of May.
When I wrote to hebeos customer service they first mentioned that the dress will be delivered may 20!!! When I explained the situation they said they will TRY to deliver it by the 15th of may and today I get an email saying that they won't be able to deliver by May 15 and that they will try to deliver in late-May even though I told them repeatedly that I won't be in the country to receive my package.
The website says that the dress is being tailored but the progression line hasn't budged in weeks and doesn't really show a progression. placed the order on the 10th of April with the expectation that it'd be delivered by the 3rd of May ( as per website).
I paid 200 USD for the dress and even paid extra for expedited shipping and yet the dress won't be delivered at the appointed time!!!! I literally have no dress for my wedding and I read online that they avoid issuing refunds to customers. I honestly am so disspointed and heartbroken and I am writing this report to try and get a refund and save others like me the trouble of facing a similar situation.
I ordered a wedding dress from them and when it got here it had holes in it and was a complete wreck. They say they have a 7 day return policy that says "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped."
They refused to return my money even though they admitted it was defective and I should take it to a tailor. They are liars and they don't do any kind of quality inspection. I ended up just going to a David's bridal and getting a new dress. I never got my money back from them they are horrible people.

The dress looks nothing like what I ordered. I have contacted the company. I have spoken with at least 3 different people and they all have given me the run around. None of my measurements matches what the dresses measurements.
I purchased a wedding dress on 11/21/2018 from Hebeos website. After carefully looking at the dress for over 2 weeks with measurements from myself and the dress. I chose to buy the dress a size 18w which was 2 sizes larger from the actual size and measurements i am between a 14 and 16. I also chose the color Ivory. When I recieved the dress the first mistake I notice was it was WHITE. I excused that, but when I tried it on, the dress didnt even pass my knees, so I took the measurments of the dress and the waist was a 22 1/2 way off from what their measurements should be which was in a category of a 14 size dress. When i made the first complaint to customer service, their rep responded back and said "Oh our dresses are made of TULLE hang it up it will iron itself out. " Who says that.
Then I made another complaint: I don't think you are listening. I am not going back and forth either.
The dress does not fit properly at all the size is completely off. it has nothing much to do with a defect the size is totally off with measurements and the person at the cleaners herself said it was poorly made period regardless of a defect. A Hebeos rep responded send pictures I did, and it shows a white dress, as well as the dress not going past the knees. Again, I asked for the shipping address. Another Rep Responded. Oh we are so sorry hope you can get it Altered. I emailed them back and said yopu are refusing to do nothing, this beats anything regarding customer satisfaction and I want results or you going to have a big problem.
I regret that I only read the reviews posted on their websites not the reviews off the website that had so many of the same complaints. Customers being so very upset, never getting their money back, some never even getting their product at all. Refusal of their Return address. I did do a dispute with my bank, they would credit my money back only if I send the merchandise back. But, I can't send anything back when I don't know where to send it too. So frustrated. I only used this website because of me working 2 jobs I didnt have the time to go 45 minutes to an hour drive looking for a wedding dress.
